Our cozy, bright penthouse apartment is a place of relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, a living and dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparations are possible without any problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians about 5 minutes., University 15 minutes, Exhibition grounds about 7 minutes.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the city centre are about 2 km away, the Master School for Hearing Acoustics and the Educational Centre for Occupational Therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The house is part of a listed farm, consisting of the advertised main building, stables, barn, garden, courtyard with large gate, as well as an annex also advertised as a vacation home. The farm is located in a small community in the beautiful Southern Palatinate - we are happy to accommodate you as our guests. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

Welcome to our holiday apartment in Kandel! 😊 The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides and excursions to the beautiful southern Palatinate. The train station is about 5-7 minutes' walk. Free parking is available on the property. In addition to two bedrooms & bathrooms, you will find a dining room & a small south-facing balcony overlooking the countryside.
