Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Minden

The location was great for our trip. It was away from town, but also close enough if you like the city. The house has two washers and dryers, which was awesome, since it was HOT, when we visited, and we glistened ALOT. Great front porch to sit on and enjoy a good southern rain shower. Bedrooms were roomy and quaint. Would stay there, again.

Great place for a quiet weekend getaway with the kids or with friends. We went out for mother's day weekend, 3 married couples. The home features plenty of seating area, a spacious and clean kitchen, a large game room with large sofa, a large indoor hot tub an out door fire pit, 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, a projector screen you can hook up to and amazing views from the back porch and dock down on the lake. We loved the home and our stay there. Cody was quick to respond each time I messaged him and made things very simple. Very enjoyable stay!

This 2 bedroom is so cute--cozy, not cramped. It's nicely decorated and very clean. There's a little back yard, and my dog would have been quite happy if he had been with me. The smart TV was nice for relaxing on the comfy sofa in the evening. The beds and linens are very comfortable and the shower was great. Sometimes the simplest things make all the difference. Dawn thought of everything! All the necessities in the bathrooms, water in the fridge, snacks in the kitchen and even ice cream in the freezer! (which I resisted). Hosts often only have one type of sugar or creamer, but Dawn had just about every option out there! I use Splenda in my coffee, so I was happy! I usually bring my own travel size body wash and shampoo, but was happily surprised to my favorite stuff waiting for me! I'll be looking for this place again for my trips to Ruston over the next few years!

This house was beautiful and had plenty of space. It had everything that you could need. It had a whole coffee area with almost 10 different types of coffee cups, also regular coffee grounds if you wanted a pot, purified water machine, condiments in the fridge, all seasonings that you would need to cook, and last in a wonderful neighborhood. Also host was very nice. I would definitely stay again.

Tammy was so responsive from the very moment we booked and had questions! She was easy to work with, and provided great accommodations! The house was clean, backyard was giant and the dogs loved it!! Super pet friendly and clean, so thankful for a great host!!

Our family really enjoyed our time at Cypress Edge. We are already booked for next year!

This cabin is wonderfully decorated with a gorgeous view and a spacious kitchen. We intend to come back more regularly. It was the relaxation we were looking for! We were able to put the boat in super close to the cabin and use the dock during our stay. Bring extra trailer chalks as the driveway is on quite an incline. Thank you for allowing us to stay with y’all.

Joey was a fantastic host. The property was modern and clean with a gorgeous lake view upstairs and downstairs. I highly recommend!

The apartment is so cute. it was wonderfully decorated. Extremely comfortable. I felt right at home. I most certainly will be back. Finding the driveway was a bit tricky. But once I found it I love that the parking is in the back and private.

Al is hands down one of the best hosts we have experienced in the Shreveport area. Immediately reached out when I booked the air bnb to introduce himself and see if I needed anything. He was a lifesaver and allowed us to do a same day last minute rental so we could come down and help a family member in the hospital. Al even offered to help us with anything we needed due to the circumstances. The neighborhood is so quiet and located near everything you need. You will see many families walking around so it is extremely safe. The space is exactly how it was described. Extremely cozy and updated. I even fell asleep on that comfy couch a couple nights because it was so comfortable. Make sure to check out the local coffee shop in the church one block away! Thank you again Al for everything. You were a lifesaver for my family.

Great location for walking around shopping eating and having drinks at local shops clean better than expecting really nice places.

I am impressed with how responsive Lauren is. She is a very nice host and very helpful. Unit is clean and cozy. Very close to supermarkets and very convenient to get around.

This has been one of the most pleasant trips I’ve had. From the time I walked in I felt right at home, the place was just as described and to be honest the pictures doesn’t do this place its true justice. Very comfortable and cozy and this will definitely be my go to place when in Shreveport.

Dyuti was very kind in his treatment, he was pending in case he needed anything. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out. The place is quiet, the bed comfortable. I felt right at home.
