Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Minami Ward

Excellent spot near tanukikoji lane and plenty of food options around! Great find in sapporo!

It is located in a quiet local residential area. During the 8 nights, I have never encountered foreigners other than Japanese in the neighborhood. It is about 5 minutes on foot to Nakajima Park. Nakajima Park is great for walking, running, and just sitting around doing nothing. There are subway stations at the top and bottom of the park, respectively. It's a walk from the accommodation to Suskino. If you go to Suskino, you can walk to Odori Park. Walking from the accommodation to Sapporo Station beyond Odori Park feels psychologically distant, and it is convenient to take the subway or tram. It's a quiet neighborhood, but there are convenience stores, small but delicious ramen and home-style restaurants, soup curry restaurants, izakaya, etc. within a 5-10 minute walk, so you can eat and drink locally in the neighborhood. Check-in and check-out were conveniently done without face-to-face, and I stayed safely without any inconvenience. It was nice that the bed and living room were separated by a sliding partition, and the living room space was just the right size for 2 people to stay. It's a shame that there's no TV, so you can't watch local Japanese broadcasts. It was cleaned very cleanly, all facilities were clean, the water pressure was good, and cooking and laundry were possible.

Amazing place with plenty of amenities provided! It is truly a home away from home! Clear instructions and guide was provided prior to check-in, making everything a breeze from the get-go! The space is so well-organised, with everything I need- washer/dryer, soap and shampoo, cleanser, toner, towels, rice cooker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle etc. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood to be in! I wish I was here for a longer stay!

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

The condo is near to susukino station, tons of restaurants around. Room looks quite new, enough to 5 people to stay although feels a bit small. But that's expected since it's in the city center.

After staying at Otaru for a few days, I returned to this place to continue my stay at Sapporo. Felt like home, good to be back again.

We had a great stay at the unit. Each room is a full bath suite! And an additional half bath by the laundry room was an other bonus! Very clean place! Location was so wonderful as well. Walking distance to the famous temple and park and zoo all in the same area. Convenient store just few steps away. Easy to get to city center. Host was so responsive and friendly! We felt right at home and cooked a few meals there as well. Thank you for having us!

The accommodation was very tidy and spacious, and it was so comfortable and comfortable for all 4 people to use:) Parking was easy, and the entrance was easy to open. It was a private house, so it was quiet and had privacy. I intend to revisit 1000% the next time I visit Sapporo. This is the house I want to go to again:)

My very first experience staying at Airbnb, and it was much better than I expected. The place is clean and tidy. Every material used in the house is quality products. To be honest, this Airbnb is even better than my current apartment. Thank you Aya san for being a great host as well. You were very helpful during our stay.

Beautiful and clean place, perfect for our big family of 8. A 10+ mins stroll from station with loads of food / convenience stores in the area. Host was responsive and kind to quickly replace faulty appliance within next morning.

Perfect location to enjoy the serenity of the waves and winter snow during our stay. Spent quite an amount of time watching the sea view at the second floor window.

Every room had fridge, kettle, dehumidfier and even tea and coffee for our convenience as the kitchen is on the first floor but all rooms are on the second.Everything are just so homely, I could even find baby chairs for our children to sit, and facial wash in case we don’t have.

Stayed here with 5 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space for everyone. Wish there was a bathroom on the main living floor but not a deal breaker. There’s a small store conveniently located across the street. Overall, great experience and would consider staying here again.

The house is big and in a quiet area, surrounded by local residents. Within a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and JR station. The parking is right in front of the house. The host warmly welcomed us at check-in and check-out. All amenities were provided, and we didn't need to buy anything. All the appliances, like the AC controller and washing machine, are in Japanese, so we had to use Google Translate. The kitchen is small, and there is no oven. The knives were not very sharp. We bought sashimi but had trouble slicing it, so we ended up using scissors instead. The dining table is large, suitable for both working and eating. There is a separate office room with a computer and printer, but we didn’t use them. The house has one bathroom, one toilet, and 2 sinks, so if you come with a group, you may have to wait. However, the sinks, bathroom, and toilet are all separated, so one can shower, another can use the sink, and someone else can use the toilet. Overall, it was a great stay!!!!!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Happily House! Yukie San went above and beyond to make our visit special, she was incredibly generous, preparing thoughtful drinks and even gifts for us. This stands out as one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. The house itself was impeccably clean, and every detail was designed with such care and consideration. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Without a doubt, we will return to Happily House in the future. Thank you so much, Yukie San, for making our stay so wonderful!

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

This was our first time visiting Otaru, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the train station and an easy stroll to the main streets of Otaru. Every morning, we could hear the sound of the steam clock and music in the distance, which made the atmosphere feel so peaceful and beautiful. It’s also very close to convenience stores and everything else we needed. We really loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

we had a pleasant time staying here! it's close to the station, konbini, and tourist spots in otaru like otaru music box museum, otaru canal, letao, and many more! they are all walkable from the apartment. the place is quite spacious for the 7 of us. it's also very clean. would love to stay here again next time we go to otaru!

The room was actually bigger than I expected. Everything is super clean and the room was very nice. It was facing the ocean and I bet it would’ve looked even better during the winter. I also really appreciated having a bath that’s also facing that view.

Near Minami Otaru Station, everything matches the description. But one thing I didn’t know—the room door is more like a partition, not a real door.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.

we have definitely enjoyed this parkside apartment, and actually this is the home we'd like to have if we were locals:))
