Luxurious amenities include everything but the kitchen sink..literally! A perk to no running water is that I do your dishes at my place while you relax! The houseboat is tucked in to the trees and just across the road from a lakefront park. Plus...a Playshed full of seasonal outdoor equipment is included!

Cozy, bright, yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, library, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, no shower or wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Sleep to sound of waves, the property is located literally on the creak. Massive windows overlook the water, that sparkles in the morning sun. Luxury bathroom with soak tub and stand in shower. Property is located on a beautiful trail, 2 minutes walk from a waterfall and historic park. 2 small grocery stores are nearby, one of them stocks costco items. Location is right off the highway and near kingston. 10 minute drive to kingston, 15-20 to Queens. No bus routes here. Car recommended

Exceptional waterfront home! The only problem is that we didn’t book for a longer period of time! Immaculately kept inside & out. The pictures really don’t do it justice. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed at, well stocked kitchen/bathroom/kids closet, thoughtful welcome touches, spacious areas, bedrooms, well designed home. Picturesque waterfront for fires and lounging. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Ontario within a few minute drive of the home. So much privacy you feel like you have the island to yourself. I can’t wait to return to this home. Pierre was a wonderful, friendly, helpful host. Not one bad thing to say about the home of booking. *Highly recommend*

We loved our four day stay at this quaint cottage. The space was clean and welcoming with room and supplies to barbecue a nice meal with views of the water. Bailly communicated well and gave perfect instructions to arrive. We are always appreciative to find a ace welcoming of our two dogs. The location is not very central to the main wineries in PEC, but we did not mind the drive. We enjoyed some of the restaurants and spots in Bailly’s recommendations, especially The Inn restaurant. Overall, a great five star stay in PEC and our third time visiting the area. Thank you for a memorable short vacation.

We absolutely loved the yurt. Billy had made a self check in vicdo that easily provided all the information we needed to access the site. Upon arrival we were pleased to see available water, access to a powerbank, portable lantern. He even asked what he could have done to improve our stay and we couldn't think of anything. Overall 5/5

It was really lovely, overall. Andrey was very communicative during the whole experience, from booking to check-in. It was a nice getaway from our normal urban grind and really allowed us to recharge. I would recommend for anyone looking for a unique take on camping and an opportunity to get away from the city.
