House vacation rentals in Miller Beach, Gary

Rented this property for a celebration with my book club. There were 10 of us and we were all very comfortable with our accommodations. The hot tub was great. Location was close to the Lake and we were able to walk the shore. The kitchen was well appointed. We ate most of our meals in and were able to cook quite easily. Would rent again

What a wonderful stay our family had in Michiana Shores, Indiana at Greg’s place. Even though 2 of the 3 days were mostly overcast / rain, there was still plenty of activities to do. We hung out in the pool & hot tub areas multiple times, had a fire every night, and cooked all 3 meals each day in the wonderfully maintained kitchen. The kids loved their room setup with the bunk bed and twin bed. The parks nearby are lovely. The backyard was very luscious with tranquility full of greenery and peacefulness. Greg was very responsive and helped us out with questions before and during our stay. Definitely would recommend this spot if you are wanting to take a vacation near the nationally known Indiana Sand Dunes. Overall 5+ stars!

This house was so beautiful and was a perfect place to spend a girl’s weekend! Would recommend over and over again and would definitely stay here again! Mike was also very quick at responding (even on the weekend) and when something wasn’t right he was very quick it fix it.

Beautiful house with a stunning view, and walking distance from the beach.

We all walked in and said WOW! It was beautiful and had so much charm. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far the cleanest and most organized. We traveled with 3 couples and there was plenty of room to gather and socialize and room to just chill by yourself. The boardwalk made for a wonderful morning walk. Brittany was a terrific host answering any questions I had and providing a list of thing to do in the area. Certainly worth the money! We would definitely stay again. Rita

This was a wonderful Airbnb. It was very clean and the decor was lovely. It was a short drive to Indiana Dunes State Park and restaurants in the area. Very convenient. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the dog friendly atmosphere. My dog loved the yard. Would 100% stay again if in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Ivy! Everything was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to be able to wash our clothes during the trip. The location is absolutely perfect - a short walk or drive on the golf cart we rented from the business up the street made for trips to the beach seamless! We would definitely love to come back!

I recently stayed with a few of my girlfriends for the weekend here. My friends and I absolutely loved this place. It was in a picturesque setting, and we loved how cozy it was. We especially enjoyed having the hot tub, the access to the public pool with clubhouse, and being able to walk to the beach to see the sunsets. We were able to enjoy a fire every night within the fire pit and loved being near the woods and the pond. Kristen was extremely responsive and a great host. My girlfriends and I would definitely stay again. We absolutely loved it here! Location is perfect for visiting lots of restaurants, wineries, and enjoying the best of Southwest Michigan.

We love the place, it was a few minutes away from our job site. It's a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Owner is very friendly and always checking up on us if we needed anything and always there if we do. Chicago it's 30-45 mins away which is good it ain't that far to go visit. Very clean ,highly recommended will still here again this coming up year.

Pleasantly surprised by how well - appointed this home was. From well-labeled and fully-stocked kitchen and bathroom to thoughtful decor and comfortable beds and linens, everything had a professional touch. We stayed at the Miller Beach Family Getaway with multiple family units, and the house made us feel right at home. Kristin and Keith were top-notch hosts addressing all our questions and a few minor issues immediately and cheerfully. We were not familiar with the area, but found that the neighborhood was nice and quiet, Wells Street Beach offered a great place to park and play. The Indian Dunes National park was scenic and only 6min drive, and we even found a paintball place (repurposed Cold War base) and YMCA. All in all, we would come back and stay again. Thanks to Kristin and Keith for a memorable vacation!

Hazel Lynn has made us feel so comfortable we are repeat renters. Her place is a magical fairy world with so much to do and so many ways to relax. Decorations are top notch. Hazel Lynn goes out of her way to make your stay truly perfect and custom to you in every way. We will be back again!

We had an absolutely lovely time! We took a family trip and the house was perfect for 6 adults and 5 kids. The beach was super close to walk to. The large house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The spacious living room/kitchen was a great place to spend family time cooking, playing games, eating, etc where we could all be together but doing separate things. There were plenty of towels for everyone for that many days which surprised me! Inga had thought of everything! There was all the extras you might need too like cooking basics, sunscreen, flashlight, bug spray, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas! And the espresso machine was also a hit with our family! Thank you so much Inga for having us!! We made memories that will last a lifetime in your beautiful home!

Family reunion with seven adults and nine kids under 18yo. Enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed and we spent a lot of time on the back deck. Bunk room for the kids worked great and overall everyone had a wonderful time. Laura was very helpful and very responsive to questions via text.

Clean, quiet, and central location.

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it truly felt like a home away from home. The entire place was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen and dining area were spacious and easy to move around in. Both bedrooms were spotless, and the mattresses were incredibly comfortable. If you’re looking for a quiet, private place to stay, this is the perfect choice. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

Wonderful lake house with a dock and decks! Unusually well appointed home with outstanding extras. Really a home, not just a cabin. Lots of room and very private. The lake is swimable and quiet, birds plentiful, and no traffic noise. A great value within 10 min of Valparaiso.

Tiffany and John were great host! The house perfectly matched the description and was the perfect spot for a short weekend trip. The house was very homey and had everything you could need. The big yard was a huge plus as we had our dog with us! Tiffany and John were very responsive and very accommodating throughout our stay especially when we had to add another person to our reservation half way through our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here as it definitely feels like a second home!

Perfect location to The Dunes! The place was comfortable, clean and cozy for a family birthday trip for 12 people. Plenty of space for all ages. The property was private, large and beautiful. If we’re ever in the area again, this is where we’ll stay for sure. What a great trip!

The house was wonderful, incredibly clean, and offered a lot of small amenities.

Our stay at Mary Kate’s home was so relaxing and was the perfect space for us to visit with family nearby. From the living room to dining room and bedrooms, furnishings were really well put together and very comfortable. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking, a beautiful stove, and a nice big table for our family to eat and play games. We appreciated the local recommendations in the house binder and walks to the lake nearby were the icing on the cake. There was even a grill outside for us to use! We would definitely stay again for a peaceful retreat.

What a wonderful, comfortable stay for our family. We loved the large dining table for meals and game nights. We were especially appreciative of Eileen’s thoughtfulness, and the easy access to the park.

Heather‘s place is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do it justice! I was on a solo trip but this place would be wonderful for a girls weekend or family get together. At first the location seems so far out, but in reality everything I was seeing while there was within a 15 minute drive. Highly recommend this place in the country. It was peaceful, calm, quiet, and extremely clean and organized.
