A quiet rural setting, but close to everything you need: biking trails, kayaking, paddle-boarding, wineries, golf, tennis, and of course...restaurants and shops. Also close to Shawnigan Lake School, Brentwood College and St. John's Academy. Extensive back lawn area for badminton, bocce ball or croquet...or just hanging out. One queen bed, but also a very comfy leather couch that can be used for a third person, best suited for a teen or adult. The suite is not setup for small children.

The guest suite features a private entrance with a bed, small kitchen and a bathroom in the first room. A small bedroom next to it can be used for more sleeping space, and the den next to it features a woodstove and 2 more sofa beds.
