Agata di Militello, located in the community of Torrenova, lies the "Casa Grande" di Santo Pietro estate on approximately 50 hectares of land. The house is the heart of a fascinating 50 hectares garden and has wide spaces equipped with seats and large umbrellas surrounded by olive trees, palms and other typical Mediterranean flora. The old building is reached by walking along a path, shaded by olive, almond and oak trees. Three spectacular terraces offer you a wonderful view overlooking the sea and the Eolian islands and allow you to sunbathe during the day and watch the stars at night. The house has a very scenic swimming pool. On the ground floor of the house there is: - a spacious entrance hall - a luminous living room - an ample dining room - the kitchen, equipped all that is necessary - a double bedroom with bathroom in suite On the first floor the house offers various accommodations: - a room with a double bed, convertible in thre single beds on request - 2 double bedrooms with bathroom in suite - 2 single rooms with shared bathroom - a studio equipped with a sofa beds for two seats if needed Our guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, terraces, garden, swimming pool and all over 50 hectars of country. The owners will be present for check-in and check-out. A welcome kit with typical products will be ready for the guests. Relish total immersion in nature, with coastal walks among the olive and citrus trees. Swim in the sea daily, with Torrenova beach a walk or drive away. The villa is well positioned to explore Palermo, Cefalù, Etna volcano, and Sicily's other gems. Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Vi si accede tramite una antica scala esterna. Dalla sua posizione elevata si gode una splendida vista della campagna circostante e del mare con all'orizzonte le isole di Alicudi e Filicudi. Gli ospiti possono passeggiare nel terreni della fattoria, visitare il pollaio, gli asini, gli orti e fare una bagno rilassante nella piscina.
