We are just 2 minutes from bayhealth hospital Milford campus, 10 minutes from DE turf & 20-30 minutes from all beaches. Early check in available upon request for 12:00pm, fee $100. During the summer months we offer our pool for guest use! We welcome families & fur babies! We do have 5 dogs ourself that roam freely in our backyard. This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

This is truly a special home and we enjoyed our short stay tremendously. It is the perfect space for a calm/peaceful moment away. We made so many sweet memories as a family. Every detail was thought of by Danielle and Colleen, they made themselves readily available throughout our stay. I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for getting around Milton and Lewes, Delaware, especially while house hunting and working with my dogs. Renee was an excellent host — the space was very clean, easy to access, and well-stocked with everything I needed; check-in and check-out process was simple. My Yorkies and I were comfortable and cozy throughout the entire stay. It was the perfect amount of space and privacy for both work and leisure trips. Highly recommend!

The Sandcastle was excellent, just what we needed! The path to the beach was right behind the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. The house was clean and decorated for beach relaxation. It is far enough away from things to be private, but also a short drive to other towns and beaches along the coast. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a restful, quiet vacation and loved it all.

We stayed at Heather’s for a tournament at the DE Turf Sports Complex. It was an extremely convenient spot, very quiet and clean. We were very grateful for the bottled water and snack basket!
