The villa has its own private access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table for 8 people, living room with fireplace and guest toilet. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a private terrace with a seat. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and bedding changed.

It is a stone double room (18m ²), with a visible wooden roof, bathroom, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, open storage and a shared courtyard with dining area. Our guest house, Fox Tale Guest House, has a garden with a picnic table, a corner with board games and books, bbq, amateur open air cinema just for our guests 1x a week and free parking. It's beutifull and cozy appartment in quite area with amazing view and easy access to the beach. It has garden enough big with many flowers and some trees. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber. The access to the beach is 100 metres by foot (1 minutes) or 200 metres by car. Thanks a lot nektarios!

We had a lovely week at these villas and highly recommend! We were worried about sharing a pool with lots of people but because the complex is so close to the beach (less than 200m to the actual sea) there was never more than 15 people in and around the pool at any one time. Really clean, really helpful staff, lovely shared terrace.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa - it was very comfortable for our family of 5 with two children sharing the twin room. The pool area was lovely, safe and plenty of room around the pool to laze around. Loved the secret pathway down to the water allowing us to jump safety into the cool refreshing water. The town itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and places to buy food. Is slightly too far to walk with young children but is doable in about 20 minutes if not too hot. Vasilliki was our other favourite town (the old port side) and a 15 min drive. Nicole looked after us and communication was very easy and responsive through WhatsAp. All in all it was a lovely, relaxing and easy week - thoroughly recommend. Thanks Penelopy.

The location by the beach is ideal. The scenery of the village of Mikros Gialos is exotic, between the mountains and the sea. The stay was all the more superb thanks to the warm welcome. Nearby shops are authentic and of good quality. Hard to do better! Restaurant Del Mar staff are exceptional (and cats are adorable).

A modern living area features large glass sliding doors that open to the pool and panoramic views of Sivota Bay and the surrounding mountains. Cozy seating arrangements are complemented by a wooden coffee table displaying a decorative bowl filled with natural elements.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

We had a fantastic time staying at the Ionion Diamond Villa in Mikros Gialos which was our first time staying on the island of Lefkas. The property was beautiful in a fantastic location overlooking the bay with everything we needed provided for, we especially enjoyed the infinity pool with it’s views! Alexandra was a fantastic host who was living next door so the check-in process was a lot easier than we realised (some places we are used to just a key safe!). She provided really good advice on the local area and the wider island which was really helpful to make the most of our holiday. It was great to be able to take the short 10 mins walk down into the village to the local supermarkets and restaurants (would recommend The Molos and Zolithros restaurants). Local beach was lovely too (pebbles but great water) Lefkas as an island was lovely but very busy in peak summer period with the number of visitors, we would return but probably at a quieter time so to enjoy more of the island

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.
