A new built townhouse with two boutique apartments in the charming white village Mijas Pueblo. Apt Coco on 2nd floor has its own furnished patio in the back. On the big rooftop terrace - which the apartments share - there is a pool (3x2 m) and an astonishing view of the ocean and mountains. The village is between Málaga and Marbella; a 30 min drive in each direction. Only a 15 min drive to the first of many beaches along the coastline. A few min.`s walk to restaurants, grocery stores + "plazas"!

There is a fruit garden, swimming pool, relaxing lounge area: terrace, outdoor dining area. Just below Mijas Pueblo, a picturesque white village 20 minutes walk away. The pool is "private" i.e it belongs to the property and is shared between you and the main house, and you will have all the privacy you need.
