Very good neighborhood and a very nice place, will recommend for anyone traveling to Tokyo!

Our stay in Rokyo was amazing. The communication, and detailed information really helped my family since it was our first time in Japan. I highly recommend staying at this place. We will be back!!

Really enjoyed staying at this place. The instructions we received ahead of time were very helpful in helping us navigate to the place. The check-in was very straightforward. Above anything else, the location was very convenient, especially the short distances to the Kanda and Akhihabara stations. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment has plenty of space and we liked the two rooms, 2 TVs plus balcony. Divider can provide privacy between bedroom/sitting and kitchen/dining rooms. Location was great for us close to Sensoji and shops and markets. We could easily walk to the river, Asahi headquarters and also Ueno park. Trains to anywhere within 400 to 800 metres. local bars and restaurants all over the place. Host sent excellent recommendations about local area when we booked and followed up just before arrival. Very secure building. Fridge and freezer, washer/drier, microwave and cooker, coffee machine etc plus great trash and recycling system with 3 bins and overflow bin so easy to keep the place tidy over 5 day stay. Also the place looks good, modern and clean and all furniture and bedding very nice. The balcony is a great feature as well. Gives a bright outlook, you can eat or have a drink outside on the chairs and table, and I could see Tokyo Sky Tree as well :-)

지하철역이 정말 가까워서 좋아요. 그리고 집 근처에 편의점, 마트, 식당들이 많아서 편했어요. Chikuzen-ya もつ焼角吉 菊川店 여기 식당이 있어서 그냥 들어가봤는데 정말 최고였어요 여기에 숙박하신다면 꼭 가보세요! 도쿄의 숙소들이 대부분 엄청 좁다는 단점이 있지만 여긴 그에비하면 넓은 편이에요. 다만 침대가 작아서 조금 불편했어요. 화장실도 청결하고 집이 청결해요. 2명이서 4박을 지냈는데 큰수건 2장과 작은수건 2장이 전부라서 수건이 너무 부족했어요. 다행이 세탁기를 사용할수있어서 수건을 세탁해 사용했습니다. 분리수거를 철저히 해달라고 하셨는데 한국과는 조금 달라 헷갈리기는 했어요. 그래도 나름 열심히 했습니다. 처음에 체크인할때 안내해준 키박스가 아닌 다른 키박스에 숙소 키가 들어있어 조금 헤맸어요. 가격이 저렴해서 주요 관광지들과 거리는 조금 있지만 지하철로 충분히 이동가능하여 좋았어요. 다음에 도쿄에간다면 또 갈 의향이 있습니다. 세탁실에서 냄새가 조금 나서 아쉬웠어요. 문을닫아두면 되긴하는데 개선이 필요해보여요. 감사합니다.

Place was relatively big enough for 2 and location was great. Cozy and comfortable. It was equipped with necessary facilities for your needs. If you want to experience living like a Japanese, this is a good apartment to go for.

前回も女子会で利用させていただき、とても快適だったので、今回も女子会でリピートさせていただきました。 今回は直前の予約でしたが、前回の立地の良さやお部屋の使い勝手が印象的で、「空いていたらいいな」と思って検索したところ、たまたま当日に空きがあり、すぐに予約させていただきました。思いがけずまた利用できて、とてもラッキーでした！ お部屋は前回同様とても清潔で、アメニティや備品も充実しており、5人でもゆったりと快適に過ごすことができました。駅からのアクセスもよく、周辺にはスーパーや飲食店も多く、立地面でもとても便利です。 今回の滞在中に「炊飯器があれば…」とお願いしたところ、なんとその日のうちにすぐに届けてくださり、ホストの方のご対応の速さと丁寧さに感動しました。 さらに感激したのは、前回滞在時に「髪の毛用のくしがあると嬉しい」と何気なくお伝えしていたところ、今回なんとアメニティに追加されていたことです！ こうした細やかな気配りから、運営の方々がゲストの声にきちんと耳を傾けてくださっているのが伝わり、ますます信頼できるお宿だと感じました。 またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。素敵なご対応を本当にありがとうございました！

We had a great stay at June’s place! It was very conveniently located above a 7-Eleven and close to train stations. The house was super clean, spacious and comfortable. June was very responsive to questions we had about local restaurants and just making the most of our stay. Appreciated her hospitality.. she had some snacks and manju waiting for us on the dining table when we arrived. Totally recommend staying at any of June’s properties.

友達３家族で滞在しました。 子どもたちは家の中の探検を楽しみ、リビングで寛ぎ、夜ふかしして遊び、早起きして遊び、家族のように過ごせる空間を存分に楽しんでいました。 オーシャンビューの素敵な景色があり、家の中はどこも清潔で気持ちよく、オシャレで快適でした。 またすぐ泊まりたいと思う宿でした。 ありがとうございました。

Hibiki's place was really spacious, perfect for our family of 9. It is close to Yahiro train station, it has a 7 Eleven close by. Hibiki was a really nice host, really helpful.

It was really convenient to commute from the airport, the place was really easy to find as well. The host was very friendly, there was an incident with the people staying on the floor below us and they gave us some snacks for the incident even though we were really bothered about it. Amazing stay!

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

Had a comfortable and nice time at Matrix’s place. The setting was cosy, clean and comfortable (though heating in living area could be improved). Matrix was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot because the house is fully equipped. Very well stocked kitchen equipment (even has sake glasses), great entertainment system (projector screen with Netflix/youtube). Probably one of the best stays on this trip!

The host was very helpful from booking to our arrival in Tokyo. She helped us with booking pick up and drop off vans which was a huge help since she got us a better deal than Uber or taxi. Her house was immaculate and so comfy. The house was located nearby subway station and 15 mins walk to an amazing shopping area. Even Don Quihote shop was so close. I recommend everyone going to go to this store rather than the one in Shibuya. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was super clean, well-equipped (we really appreciated having a washing machine!), and in an amazing location. It was just a short walk to the Tokyo Skytree from where areas like Asakusa, Akihabara and even Shibuya are easily accessible. The rooftop terrace with a view of the Skytree was a definite highlight — such a great place to unwind in the evening. Getting to the apartment from the airport by train was also super convenient, which made our arrival smooth and easy. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku. Im Radius von 5 Gehminuten findet man mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Der Hauptbahnhof von Shinjuku liegt 20 Gehminuten entfernt. Für europäische Verhältnisse wirkt die Wohnung gerade so ausreichend für 2 Personen und ich würde sie nur für 2-3 Tage in Betracht ziehen. Der größte Vorteil ist die Flexibilität der Lage und der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon. Man bekommt eine reale japanische Wohnerfahrung mitten in Tokyo. Der Gastgeber hat alles Nötige für die ersten Tage bereitgestellt (inkl. Snacks, Kaffee und Saft!) und war immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben zufrieden ausgecheckt und würden die Unterkunft als erstes Ankunftsziel weiterempfehlen!

The stay was lovely and so clean! Very nice and quiet area, not too far from Shibuya. We arrived late into Tokyo and I booked it at the airport last minute - the instant book and self check in was so easy. Hong was so helpful and friendly and the response time was so fast!

This stay was perfect! Comfortable beds, great space, kitchen with everything you would need for a few nights stay. The area was very walkable and quiet with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The station was also very close, which was great for getting around Tokyo quickly! Would definitely stay hear again.

The host was incredibly kind and responsive — when we realized the place wasn’t the right fit for our family, they graciously allowed us to shorten our stay without any issues. The unit was clean, spacious for Tokyo standards, and very close to Shinjuku Station, which made getting around easy. That said, the building and surrounding area weren’t quite what we expected. It’s near the red-light district, which may not bother everyone, but it didn’t feel right for us. The building is older, with worn common areas. We saw puddles in the hallway — possibly from the weather — and generators nearby added some noise. The elevator also showed its age. With a young child who has sensory needs, it felt a bit overstimulating — not because of the host, but due to the building and neighborhood. If you’re okay with a grittier, urban, high-adult traffic area and want access to Shinjuku nightlife and trains, it could work well.

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

This was a perfect spot for us and our 3 teenagers. We could get to the train stations easily, shopping and food choices nearby were abundant, and the host was amazingly responsive and accommodating. I especially appreciated how responsive the host was. We had some questions during our stay about the area and such, and they provided tips and help immediately. We also loved that they had water, juice, and coffee in the fridge for us when we arrived. After a long day of travel, the drinks were very much appreciated. If we were to stay in Shinjuku again, we would definitely stay here.

This place was great! Right next to the beach, nice views, and in a really cute, peaceful area. It’s close to a train station, so wasn’t hard to get our luggage to and the place was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
