Great house. Loads of space. Certainly friendly host. Very close to centre and the beach. Highly recommend!

We were in the house with 3 girls and 6 children and felt very comfortable! The house has everything you need and also in sufficient numbers. The kitchen is fully equipped and the whole house is large and spacious, including a sauna. The only small drawback (but it is known, as can be seen in the pictures) are the very outdated bathrooms. These need an overhaul, then the price-performance ratio would be perfect. We still felt comfortable because everything was clean and would love to come again! The host was available at all times, very nice and helpful with questions, etc.

We spent New Year's Eve with my parents, dog and husband in Goes at Helena and Ger's house. And I can say it was perfect. The house is very tastefully decorated with great decorative elements, so you feel at home from the first minute. Very cozy with a fireplace and from the living room views of a small canal and a few sheep across the street. Beautiful. The kitchen is new and modern and doesn't miss anything. Everything is sparkling clean. The house is in a quiet residential area. It is not far to the city of Goes and also to the sea. The city itself is pretty and offers plenty of good restaurants. Also definitely recommended over winter. All in all, we enjoyed it very much. There's nothing wrong with it. I'm sure we'll be back - maybe next time in the summer.

We had a great week in the vacation home, with 5 adults, 2 small children and a dog. The location in the immediate vicinity of the beach (max. 5 min walk) and the beach pavilions is great, the house is surrounded by trees, very quiet and relaxed. The beach is great, fine sand, lots of shells, three beach pavilions within walking distance, we ate here more often during the day and in the evening. We did not use the beach hut (with 2 beach loungers and 1 parasol) that belongs to the vacation home, but it is certainly very convenient in summer. The amenities in the house are very good, kitchen modern and well equipped. Room layout is very good, with separate toilet and 2 bathrooms. In the morning, deer actually walked past the window more often and grazed, a highlight for our little daughter. Shopping in the village center of Vrouwenpolder for everyday needs. The location is also good for cycling and excursions in the region (Domburg, Middelburg,..). We will be happy to come back.

Super nice cottage for our family weekend! Everything is still completely new and beautifully finished, with a lot of attention to sustainability — even the toilets flush with rainwater (and if that runs out, there is also a smart solution for that). Nice contact with the host, but thanks to the personal access code we could arrive flexibly. The garden is wonderfully quiet and plenty to do for children. We had a great weekend!

We stayed at Erwin’s place from after Christmas to New Year, and it was fantastic! The apartment is spotless—easily one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, right down to the drawers. The beds were super comfy, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well-equipped. Having two dryers and two washing machines was perfect for traveling with kids. We also loved the built-in speakers in the living room and kitchen for playing our music. The house spans four floors (five with the rooftop terrace), so there are a lot of narrow stairs. It wasn’t an issue for us, but it might be for older guests. Keep in mind, getting from the bedrooms to the kitchen means going down two flights. Parking is tricky and costly—around €20-25 a day. We often had to circle the area to find a spot, as our car was too tall for the local garage. Overall, we highly recommend the apartment, even though Blankenberge wasn’t really our favorite. Luckily, beautiful Bruges is just a short trip away!

We had an amazing stay at Noortje’s cozy house in the middle of het Zoute in Knokke. The location is amazing and the house is super nice. Noortje is helpful and allowed us to check out late so we had an extra day to enjoy the weather. Would recommend this place and we plan to go back soon!

Had a relaxing weekend in this beautiful, new vacation home on the outskirts of the dunes. Sparkling clean, wonderful beds. Welcome package was ready upon your arrival 👌🏻

We had a good experience with Marieke. Unfortunately, there were no towels, so we had to bring some ourselves. You only have a direct view of the water in winter, as the view is made difficult by trees. All in all: good!

The stay was very nice. The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. The location is very nice. The center and the beach are very easily accessible. The garden is nicely spacious and the view from the house very nice. We'll be happy to come back.

The house is really beautiful and exactly as pictured! The kitchen is very well equipped and we were also positively surprised by the sauna. There is no heating upstairs - but you are only there to sleep and we got along well in December. There is a great fireplace, but keep in mind to bring the wood yourself. We would come back anytime!

The apartment is wonderful and very suitable for (large)families. In particular, my grandmother could easily get everywhere with the elevator. The living area with the open kitchen and garden has allowed us many moments together. The walks in the area with the lake, cafes and shopping have also beautified our stay. Overall highly recommended!

We were very kindly received and shown around. Everything was super clean, beautiful and tidy and you don't miss anything. The garden and location is wonderful, quiet and in nature but still close to Antwerp, where you can look for the hustle and bustle. We had a great stay!

Very nice house in a small village near Bruges. large garden with boules court. 4 beautiful bedrooms including a master suite and 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 bathrooms. Large and beautiful living space. Nice well-equipped kitchen. Numerous parking spots including a charging station. Beautiful and large heated pool (included by reservation and shared with the guest rooms without being inconvenient), the sauna is not included.

Everything was exactly as expected. The house is more than well equiped, it has everything you can think of which you need for a relaxed holiday.

The house is very nice, walk, pool and small beach nearby. Apart from a fairly limited small grocery store, the shops are far away.

Hilbert was a great host and we loved the place with the amazing garden.

We had a very nice time with our almost 2 year old son. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy. The area is very calm and the grounds very pretty. We loved the playground on the premises with a small child and that everything is very green. Both the beach and the center of Burgh-Haamsteede are a 25-minute walk away. We did not miss anything and look forward to returning soon. Thank you so much!

A very nice house with amazing design and very friendly and accommodating hosts! The house has a fantastic location, a nice large garden and a heated pool, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation. Unfortunately, we were not so lucky with the weather, but that did not bother us very much, as the accommodation is excellent even in bad weather. Pascale has a huge selection of games, so you can easily enjoy your vacation with lots of fun inside in front of the fireplace. We can absolutely recommend the place and would love to come back at any time!

We had a very good stay in Bas and Nicole’s house. The house is very good located just next the harbour. It’s very good located to discover the Zeeland area. The house is very comfortable and very good equipped. Bas is very sympathetic and gave us good advices for restaurants and activities.
