About the owner, I had a lot of ease making contact with him, he responds very quickly and is very attentive, I can also say that he has good taste and creativity, which is reflected in the apartment, whether in the decoration and even in the construction of the apartment. The building has an excellent location, being close to pharmacies, the medical center, markets, restaurants and with access to the main roads of Recife. The apartment is very well equipped, from kitchen utensils to an iron, even beauty utensils like a hair straightener and others (my girlfriend loved that part lol). Both rooms have comfortable beds, one firmer than the other (suitable for both tastes). The TVs are up-to-date (smart), so you can watch whatever you want. The apartment has good ventilation, but also has air-conditioning in the bedrooms and a fan in the living room. Everything was very clean and sanitized. Regarding parking, I liked the fact that I could park in any space in the garage.

My stay was excellent! The apartment was extremely clean and organized, with a great location and super quiet. The building has secure parking and the concierge conveys a lot of confidence, with doormen who are always kind and attentive. Our stay was very good! Leal's apartment matches the photos in the listing exactly and was clean and organized. Leal responded quickly to all our questions, gave us tips on where to go and eat, was polite and sought to resolve any complications. There is a very complete bakery about 10 minutes' walk from the place, which served us very well. The windows of the apartment isolate well the noises of the avenue. The partial view of the beach is beautiful, and the waterfront is a delight to walk and visit the kiosks/bars (bathing in the area is not recommended). We recommend the stay for leisure and work purposes.

The apartment is located in an excellent area, with secure access, and stands out for its cleanliness, organization and attention to detail. Everything is very well cared for, ideal to comfortably accommodate a couple. We will definitely be back and strongly recommend the stay!

The stay was smooth! The site is close to everything and easily located.

The stay was very enjoyable. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos, and the studio is well organized. We had daily cleaning service (we don't know if it's routine, but it happened during our stay). The balcony is a charm in itself — you can have breakfast while enjoying the sea view. Close by, there is an excellent bakery, two supermarkets and a great gym affiliated with Wellhub (which was a differential for us). The beach in front of the property has many rocks, which makes bathing difficult, but with a longer walk or a quick five-minute Uber ride, you can reach an excellent diving area. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Mirella and her family are very kind and helpful,they have helped us all the time with tips on the site, always offering assistance and asking if we needed anything,the space is amazing and was impeccable in every corner of the accommodation.

The condominium is very nice, the house is good. We had an unforeseen issue with the air conditioning, but it was fixed. Communication with the host and the person in charge was very good. I leave as a suggestion, to make it even more cozy, an inclusion of affective decoration items and on the terrace a set of table and comfortable chairs so that guests can comfortably enjoy the climate and breeze that comes from the sea.
