Perfect for two families traveling for F1. I liked the separate space of the mother-in-law suite. The pool was amazing.

He is attentive to all the details, and very accommodating to requests, he makes you feel at home. A Perfect Getaway – Felt Just Like Home! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anca and Paulo’s house – from the moment we arrived, it truly felt like our own home. The property is beautifully maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially loved the private pool and the outdoor grill area. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality. Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful – it was so natural for him to assist us with anything we needed. No matter the question, he was always there with a solution. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with great amenities and the kind of atmosphere that makes you instantly feel at home, this is the place to book. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Great stay for us and our toddler. Home was clean and exactly as described. Pool fence was definitely a big bonus.

If you’re indecisive (like me), look no further, Gerardo’s place was a great home to stay. The check in process was seamless and really convenient. I unfortunately dealt with the air going out but Gerardo was super apologetic and proactive in ensuring the maintenance guy came to fix it . The maintenance man was also nice! That wasn’t something you can predict but him acting swiftly made the experience way more manageable . His communication and kindness was unmatched . The home was clean and had cooking tools and food utensils to prepare a meal. Even a washer and dryer for that “homey feel”. You may want to bring your own laundry pods for a load but there’s plenty cleaning supplies.If I ever visit Miami again, no indecisiveness at all, I’d be here. Thanks again Gerardo!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. Melissa made check in/out process very easy. She was also very responsive and provided us with great beach gear. My friends and I would most definitely love to stay here again if we ever happen to be in the Miami area.

Place felt very safe. Shower was nice, with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and AC was spot on!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing visit. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay—while a bit outdated in places, it was clean and functional, and the price reflects that well. Overall, great value and a pleasant experience!

Communication with Host was easy and fast, he was very responsive all the time. You had everything you needed, small fridge, microwave, electric stove, Keurig Coffee maker, tea, sugar, creamers, bathroom, TV, Wi-fi, parking spot, shampoo and conditioner. I mean everything. Only downside is that they didn’t have chamomile tea. haha, JK! For real, they had everything you needed and they welcomed us with a sprite, coke, water and crackers. Everything was clean and organized and we slept like a baby. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Thank you again Francisco. We will definitely be going back.

I suggest including more kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, etc.) and a kitchen counter to make cooking easier. Everything else is impeccable.

Emmanuel is a super wonderful guy and a nice host. He takes great care of you while you’re there and I would recommend this place. He has a mango tree in the backyard and when it’s in season, which it is now- you can have some delicious mangoes. I really enjoyed my stay there. Great host!

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

This place was beautiful and had an unbelievable view of the water and Miami skyline - especially at night. Great place, would definitely stay again!

This place was great! The view was AMAZING. Prefect amount of room for me and my fiancé. Everyone was so nice and it was super easy to find!

The apartment is on the second floor, surrounded by other apartments, near Highway 95 where you can hear the cars passing by. Inside, the apartment is a palace. It's quiet, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, and there are beach essentials in the closet. It's close to the city, the beach, and art. I didn't hear any noise from nearby. It's very accessible and comfortable. I'll be back at the end of July. Thank you for the excellent communication.
