Highly recommend! The unit is new and beautiful with stunning views and comfortable accommodations. The building is very nice, with 2 pools, a large hot tub, relaxing common areas, and friendly staff. Michael was quick to respond to all our questions.

We were surprised and very happy with the apartment rental. Just like in the listing, large, clean, complete apartment. The receptionists, all of them, very dear, attentive. The location is great, two blocks from the beach and close to main streets. On the second floor, there's always hot coffee. The terrace is very beautiful.

I had a great stay at Lincoln Arms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was a relaxing and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back!

Communication was very good, very quick answers and check in very easy. Are was more than flexible: My flight left in the evening and he offered me to stay as long as possible and even organized a place to leave lugguage and a possibility to take a shower-He frequently asked if everything was ok-perfect host, will definitively come back!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is thoughtfully minimal, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The natural light throughout the space is fantastic, and the corner balcony on the 12th floor offers gorgeous views of Miami—such a blessing to wake up to! The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that made my stay very enjoyable. The unit shares a private hallway with one other tenant, which likely helps to keep the price reasonable. Overall, I absolutely loved my time here and I would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very nice, clean and just as shown in the photos, the bed is very comfortable, we liked the location, we enjoyed the beautiful and quiet beach for the children, you could see the fish, we had fun in the pool and ate at the restaurant right away, very delicious... I recommend the place.

It met my expectations, a very clean and organized condo. Its ocean view is incredible. The valet parking has excellent service, the pools are clean; we liked the one on the fifth floor. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella for your stay. There are also accessible restaurants nearby, and Publix is ​​nearby for your grocery shopping. Highly recommended.

Amazing location! The loft did not disappoint it accommodated my family of 6 so well with 4 beds and 2.5 baths.2min walk to the beach and located on the strip it did not disappoint. This place is amazing. Everyone is conveniently close by, shopping, food, and mostly the beach. The Taxi was the best part of our stay. Ft. Lauderdale is a great place to stay and Bennie’s really was the best place to stay.

My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. The room was cozy, clean, the King size bed was comfortable. Extremely convenient parking space that comes with the room. Few steps to the beach and broadwalk. We had a great time. Definitely would come back again. The Host was also very friendly and clear with the instructions checking in and out. Thanks for a great time.

Kim's place was perfect for a group trip. This is in a trendy part of town, but it's still the city so keep your wits about you. Having multiple units increased the privacy and enjoyment of the entire group. We would definitely do this again!

Our room was perfect for the two of us. Located within walking distance (steps) to the beach and boardwalk. Restaurants are also within walking distance along the boardwalk. We cooked most of our meals in our room and enjoyed them on the shared patio just outside our room. The onsite office staff were very helpful during our stay and provided everything we needed to make this a great vacation.
