Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. Delightful newly converted sea view apartment, ideal for couples or single travellers. Just a 3 minute downhill stroll to the village centre, pubs, restaurants and the picturesque harbour. (Please note we are on a hill so the return will take longer!) Private entrance with quaint outside seating area. Fabulous location for coastal path, Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan . Modern lounge and kitchen area with sea views, separate double bedroom and small ensuite shower room.
