Nice comfortable house with lots of space for us four to chill out for a few days. Having to find parking space for our car was difficult but we managed between side streets and paid carparking which added to the cost of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the house. Thku.

The accommodation is in a quiet area of Louvain-la-Neuve, close to the lake and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after working at the university or anything. The terrace is very nice and it was a wonderful stay to enjoy the calm and advance my academic research.

Very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and well-equipped accommodation. Perfect location to enjoy the joys of the lakes of the Eau d'Heure. Quiet neighborhood. Bonus: option to rent bed linen and towels.

Roald is a friendly and super welcoming host (he makes the effort to speak French). Superb family rental with all the essentials for a good stay. The sauna and Wii are a plus to keep kids and grown-ups busy. Well located to enjoy the city.

Superb improvised stay. Flawless, simple and warm accommodation. Very suitable for children. Fresh eggs and pets are a major asset, especially with children. The sauna and games area is another. Lots to explore in the area within about an hour. Host recommendations are the best. We recommend it.

For a first BnB experience, I was not disappointed at all. Sergio is a friendly, smiling host, always at your disposal and with whom you could talk to for hours. The apartment is clean, close to shops and in a very quiet area of the city. The only small shadow on the board (but which is totally independent from Sergio) is the hardship of opening the locks. We can sometimes spend several minutes there before being able to open one of the 2 mandatory doors to access his home. It is urgent that the building owner intervenes. With that, I have a beer to drink with Sergio soon

I had a great stay thanks to this beautiful accommodation ideally located alone small downside parking is difficult because there are many paid parking areas and the areas are very poorly indicated. Guy and his wife are very relaxed and nice people. We felt welcome right away when we were greeted. There is a railway line and busy road nearby, but due to the location of the house you do not hear anything of it: it is a small oasis of peace. Supermarkets are within walking distance, and all the beauty of the region is easy to reach. We came home completely rested.
