Overlooking Roero and Langhe Hills, Casa Malrotti is elegant, while relaxed and homely. Homely because it is our home. We live in a part of the property with separate entrance. We love having people come to enjoy the house and gardens and meeting new people from all over the world. Situated with its back to the village of Govone, the only views are that of nature giving you the best of both worlds. Sauna and Hot Tub available all year with salt water pool open in-season (April - September).

Passeggiare nei diversi itinerari che partono dalla tua Dimora, o visitare a pochi Km il monferrato, l'allessandrino e il vercellese. Siamo situati nel mezzo di tre province.

L'appartamento è totalmente indipendente con ingresso e giardino riservato e fa parte di Villa Borsarelli, dimora storica che, progettata da Filippo Juvarra, ospita anche le antiche scuderie del castello. La dimora, finemente restaurata alla fine del 1900, con le sue caratteristiche volte a vela e le travature in legno offre all'ospite un'atmosfera unica e particolare di pace e relax. Alloggio al primo piano di una tipica casa di ringhiera nel tranquillo quartiere Cit Turin, famoso per l’architettura Liberty. Si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Porta Susa e dalle fermate metro Principi d’Acaja e Porta Susa. Se amate mangiare fuori potrete scegliere tra uno dei numerosi ristoranti di qualità che animano il quartiere. Diversamente potrete fare la spesa al vicino mercato di Piazza Benefica. Per una lettura serale consiglio la libreria di fronte.

It is part of the Olivetti "West Residential Center" in Ivrea. It is one of the most important examples of Italian architecture, a UNESCO World Heritage Site "Ivrea industrial city of the 20th century". The complex is built on two floors with a semicircular plan, completely underground, about 300 meters long. Designed in 1968 by architects Roberto Gabetti and Aimaro Oreglia d'Isola, it is the object of study by architects and university students from all over the world.
