Constructed in 1908, the Jones building was a former office complex. This cabin is just part of our business which is called Round Pond Lodging, where we offer deer and turkey hunts during the season. Another plus to our property is that we are just minutes away from the Shawnee National Forest, Ohio River, Harrah's Casino, and Paducah KY home of the AQS Quilt Show. 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed and a twin rollaway bed. This space is a private apartment in the basement of my home with separate entrance. Sole access to the living room, 1 bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, game area with foosball and ping pong tables, and kitchenette. Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Please note that since this listing is in my personal family home, I will only host those with positive reviews.

The Farm on Deer Run

Come to Southern Illinois and enjoy a genuine country experience. Located a half mile down a red gravel road the country farm house is only 15 minutes from Paducah, KY or 10 minutes to the Shawnee National Forest or Fort Massac State Park. The farmhouse sits on 40 acres and is 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen and two sitting rooms. The yard is large and shaded. After a fun Day can enjoy the evening with food off the grill or roasting hot dogs and marshmallows on a camp fire.
