Our stay at Tanei’s home in New Orleans was amazing! The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had super comfortable beds. My family and I felt completely safe and loved how quiet and beautiful the neighborhood was. We came for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The saltwater pool was a huge hit for my family. I also enjoyed morning walks to the lake and taking in the beautiful views. We didn’t use the fireplace, but the home itself was magnificent. Getting around was easy with Uber; wait times were short, and we were only about 15 minutes from the French Quarter and most attractions. Tanei was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making everything smooth. After a long morning of travel, the welcome snacks and water she left were so thoughtful and appreciated, especially with hungry kids! We truly felt at home and will definitely always book her place when visiting NOLA.

Maison Rampart was a true dream! We’ll never stay anywhere else when we’re in NOLA. The house is meticulously decorated and very well stocked. The pool and backyard were amazing. We would have been perfectly happy staying at the house and floating in the pool all weekend, if it weren’t for all of the food and sights to see in the city. Beds were super comfortable as well. Perfect location for exploring Bywater, Marigny, and the FQ without being right in the thick of the crowds. Can’t recommend enough! Special thanks to Tyler, the house manager, for treating us so well and making us laugh.

This is a great cottage to stay. The residential area is safe and quiet; and close to shopping and restaurants on Magazine st and St. Charles. Luv uptown. Best area of New Orleans yet close enough to to the CBD and the Quarter... Julia is a great host.. considers all needs!

We highly recommend Jesse’s place for a relaxing stay! It is located in a cute & quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance to many restaurants on Magazine St. We appreciated the extra amenities such as laundry detergent, chips, coffee & bottles of water. The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

I had a fantastic stay at Donald’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect! and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet.

My husband and I stayed at Hong's house with another couple and had an incredible weekend! Their home is comfortable and clean, with a vibrant aesthetic. Hong was proactive and friendly throughout our stay, helping us to feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again!

This lovely space is a gem! Folwell’s communication made check-in effortless; coffee and water provided was a nice touch. This is a beautifully restored space which felt like our own oasis in the heat of New Orleans. This location is a perfect home-base to explore on foot and we took advantage of the French Quarter, Bywater, and beyond. We hope to stay here again when in the area and strongly recommend others do the same!

This stay was perfect walking distance to local surroundings and not a far drive to the French quarter. Paula was super helpful and responsive! Made my New Orleans experience much better!

An Amazingly Charming Stay in the Heart of New Orleans! This home perfectly captures the spirit of New Orleans. The exterior has that classic, historic charm I dream about when I think of the city, and the interior beautifully balances vintage character with modern comforts—those beds were incredibly comfortable! The original hardwood floors and thoughtful furnishings made it feel both cozy and stylish. Just a heads-up: this is a true New Orleans shotgun house, so the rooms flow one into the next with no hallways. It’s also a duplex with shared walls, so sound can carry—something to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. We felt completely safe walking to and from the French Quarter (just a 15-minute walk), even late at night. The hosts were responsive, kind, and made everything easy. I would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was really nice for what it was worth. The only issue was, the outside doesn't look to appealing. It looks disheveled and on a semi-busy street. If you are in the front 2 rooms (living room and 1st bedroom) you can hear the cars whizzing by. The 2nd/3rd bedrooms you can't really hear. The stay overall was very accommodating. The host was very responsive, the beds/linens were nice, comfy and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but it did it's job. If you're on a budget, I'd definitely consider this for other guests.

My husband and I had a really wonderful and memorable stay, thanks to Ian, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He went out of his way to make us feel at home, offering genuine hospitality and even took us out on our last night in New Orleans (during Jazz Fest), which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip! The space itself is definitely more of a lived-in space; cozy but a little cluttered. That said, the unit is bigger than the photos lead on. There is a bonus sink/vanity right outside of the bathroom, that was certainly a plus for us when getting ready for the day/night. The location is ideal, walking distance to grocery stores, street cars, buses, and GREAT restaurants; at the same time the apt is remote and away from any street noise. We did run into an issue with the shower temperature and Ian fixed it right away. If you're someone who values a warm, local connection over a super polished space, this is your spot! Ian's hospitality is next to none!

The bnb was pristinely clean and beautiful! The back porch was a nice touch for our Sunday breakfast. Everyone felt safe, and slept very well. Safe neighborhood, and centrally located to many attractions. We’ll definitely utilize this bnb again for future visits.

Visited NOLA for my daughter's birthday and the French Quarter festival. Had a wonderful time. Melanie's place was only 1 block from St. Charles Street car stop. Convenient to everything! Melanie's home was very roomy and looked just like the pictures. Would stay there again next time I visit NOLA.

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! This was such a cute space within walking distance to the French quarter and Frenchmen street. The outdoor area was huge and had space to relax and hang with friends. Staff were kind and helpful. The pool was amazing after long days in the sun. Highly recommend!
