Beau chalet rustique à aire ouverte tout près du Lac Saint-Jean. Le parfait endroit pour relaxer en famille! Il loge confortablement 4 personnes et jusqu’à 5 en utilisant le divan-lit du salon. Les deux chambres sont à AIRE OUVERTE. Les murs sont des cloisons et les portes sont des rideaux. Vous avez accès à un terrain intime et un thermopompe mural pour le confort! Pour les amateurs de plage, le camping Colonie Notre-Dame est accessible à seulement 8 minutes de marche. La plage est magnifique!!

Simplifiez-vous la vie en restant dans ce logement tranquille et bien situé. Superbe logement trois et demi très propre et près de tous les services. Possibilité d'ajouter un lit smple ou un parc pour bébé qui peut servir de lit si besoin. Situé au sous-sol de la résidence familiale et très bien éclairé avec de grandes fenêtres. Nous sommes un couple avec un jeune garçon de onze ans. Tout y est à par la climatisation mais le sous-sol est juste bien pour la température qu'il dégage.
