Vacation rentals with breakfast in Messenia

Staying in a historic property that was carefully and lovingly restored was memorable. This property is well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants and historic sites. The space in front of the home is a public square; noise was not a factor. Future renters should be aware that the listing describes on premises parking, which is misleading as this is a pedestrian only area. Luggage can be dropped off at the front gate (Kastro), where the property manager will meet you and show you to the home. For 10 euros, you can hire a porter to move your luggage. Unless you have a light small suitcase or daypack, this is highly advisable. As we are traveling for 3 months and have 56cm suitcases, this was a godsend! This was our 14th AirBNB of the trip, and our 4th in Greece. I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality and warmth displayed by the property manager; our interactions were highly transactional, which is the opposite of our Greek experiences. Overall, happy we stayed once.

We stayed at Evagelos for 3 nights. It was really great! We were supposed to stay 2 nights, but we liked it so much here that we stayed another night. The tiny villa is very tastefully decorated. Everything is provided, cooking is also possible. The grounds where the villa is located are really beautiful, you feel right at home, The swimming pool is also beautiful, with sunbeds next to it and even in the water. Beautiful materials have been used for both the swimming pool and the villa. It is also sparkling clean everywhere. Evagelos is a very nice host who will definitely make you feel at home, while there is a lot of privacy. Nafplio is not very far away and is a very atmospheric city. I wouldn't know what could be better in this place, it's really a top place to stay without exaggeration!

Although in a true local residential neighborhood with narrow streets, it was remarkably easy to find, just half a block from a main street. Nearby parking on the street was always available - if you can parallel park. LOL (and ample front in parking a block away.) This host is truly a Super Host. Not only in communications and ease of access but in so many thoughtful touches in the home including local information and maps. Kitchen is very well appointed with everything you could need - (drip coffee maker AND pod espresso maker.) We arrived late and were greatly relieved to find provisions for a breakfast to start our first day. I can not offer any suggestion for this Super Host. The Nafplio is a treasure with so many interesting things in the area often overlooked in guidebooks. A taste of real Greece. Thank you.

Convenient accommodation close to the old town of Nafplio. Spaces are available to park your vehicle in the adjacent street. Easy exit from the city as well. Booking made at the last minute, Nickoletta was very responsive and available.

High standard holiday house with all possible facilities in place! Well organized by Skouras Real Estate (Oxana). We received a warm welcome and at all times a quick reply if we hd any question. Also a lot of usefull information on local top spots, beaches and restaurants.

Natasa was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Helped me with all the questions and requests I had. The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet neighborhood. Parking spots were available in front of the house, WiFi was stable. Great location - everything is reachable by walking. Everything is as described and great value for money. Definitely can recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Niko’s place. The location is fabulous - beautiful and atmospheric. The accommodation is authentic and comfortable and Niko was extremely helpful. The breakfast was a bonus! It is a climb to get there but certainly well worth it.

Great stay! The host is very responsive and ensures that the accommodation is in perfect condition with very appreciable small touches. The price is much more attractive than those of the accommodation located in the old town which is only a few minutes' walk away; the walk to get there is very pleasant. The apartment is fully equipped and is very suitable for 3 people for a short trip.

As Irini introduced, “the house is elegant and harmonious”, very cozy, feels like home! 10 minutes walking distance to the old city, very convenient to travel and eat. We stayed at Irini's home for two days, very relaxing and comfortable! I'm glad I chose Irini's home, it added a nice memory to our trip!

Very nice and friendly helpful host

Nathalie and Eric are very friendly, helpful, they gave us a lot of useful information about the area. The home was very clean and had all the required (even extra toothbrushes, bathrobes, etc.). The house and surrounding area are very well cared for, tidy and with aesthetics. The breakfast was rich, with fresh homemade products (jams, fruits, crepes, etc.). The doggies were very quiet, cuddly, friendly and not at all intrusive. Thank you for your hospitality, and we'll visit you again at the first opportunity.

From the very first moment we felt at home, because of Natalie and Eric's kindness and cordiality. We were greeted, after our warm trip, with frozen handmade juices that we enjoyed in the pool overlooking nature. Similarly, the breakfast was amazing with delicious and fresh options, the place spotlessly clean and the location idyllic. Their hospitality was great and their interest in us was great! We had an unfortunate event as our car broke down halfway to the theater of Epidaurus and Eric immediately volunteered to take us out of stress and hassle. Their three dogs were the sweet note of our stay as they were very friendly and quiet! We had a great experience and stay, thank you so much! A bientôt!

I highly recommend staying at Angela’s place, Sto Spiti B&B!! The setting is beautiful, so peaceful and quiet with many terraces for enjoying the view. The room was pristine, everything clean and fresh, with lovely decor and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and Angela and her husband were very kind and friendly, I wouldn’t think twice about returning in the future!

A very nice place with beautiful people. The room was big, clean and cool, we didn’t need to turn on the AC, which is perfect in the summer. And the beach is clean and awsome! We highly recommend it!

Yannis is a caring host, he was waiting for us in the street at the bottom of the stairs, beware, there is a small climb to the apartment, but not so complicated. Room as described and shared toilets. A good place to stay for a road trip!
