Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

I can't imagine a more perfect place for a beach getaway! This spot was so close to the beach AND we were able to walk to every restaurant we went to. We immediately felt at home and the bed was so so comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Susan is a wonderful hostess! She communicates well and promptly. Cottage was clean and neat, and felt like home. Great home base for excursions around the Brevard area. Easy access to downtown Cocoa, and the beaches.

The location was quiet with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Gaining access to the lodging was super simple and is literally a two minute walk across a street and down a boardwalk to the beach. The price was unbeatable for the location and amenities included and is in a great location to watch a launch from the cape canaveral spaceport. I highly recommend staying with Jen and we look forward to booking with her again in the future to see another launch.

For a home build in the 20’s. 1926 to be exact the stay was very nice. The hardwood floors took me back to my childhood at grand dad’s house try to sneak and get a snack late at night..!! lol .. we would always get caught because of it.. So I give it a 10 out of 10!!!! Thanks so much for have my wife and I.!

Kathy and her team truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their philosophy of treating guests how they would like to be treated really shines through. Excellent communication.The house is beautifully maintained and fully stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need. Our family just enjoyed another incredible weekend at Mahalo Dudes beachfront condo—our 2nd year returning, and it certainly won’t be our last! The condo is beautifully maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway (we are so thankful for the bountiful towels stocked and ready for use). Waking up to breathtaking ocean views and stepping right onto the sand made every moment feel like paradise. The hosts go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience, from their friendly communication to the small touches that make guests feel truly welcome. We’ve created wonderful memories here, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. If you're looking for a laid-back, beachside retreat, this is the place to be!

This was our second stay at Philip's place. Great location right in the center of town. The place is very roomy and well kept. It's an upstairs apartment in one of the old downtown buildings with stores and restaurants below. Cool place! You have to climb a fairly set of steps to get up to the room. Would stay again.
