Alloggio molto carino e pulito in ottima posizione in un quartiere molto bello e a due passi dal lungomare e dalla metropolitana per il centro. Tiziana un host fantastica molto disponibile e super gentile ci ha trovato pure una guida x dei bellissimi tour. L'esperienza del paniere da calare dal balcone indimenticabile. Speriamo di tornare molto presto.

Fantastica esperienza! A casa Teka si sta bene, in una bella corte interna, con una posizione ottima per raggiungere la costa amalfitana, Sorrento e i meravigliosi monti vicini. Torre Annunziata merita di essere scoperta e in pochi giorni ci siamo sentiti a casa, questo anche grazie a Teodoro, alla sua famiglia! (provate la loro pizza alla pizzeria vicinissima a casa)

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung, günstig gelegen, mitten im Zentrum. Metrostation in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Bäcker, Metzger, Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe.Ebenfalls Restaurants , wir haben fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreicht. Besonders schön, war die Terrasse, die wir zum frühstücken und auch für ein Glas Wein am Abend genutzt haben. Die Kommunikation mit Daniela war super, wie haben sofort Rückmeldung bekommen. Es war relativ ruhig in der Nacht und auch im Haus. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Neapel kommen, immer wieder dort . Sehr zu empfehlen.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

Great little place with a great location! You'll be right in the center of everything with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The patio with its amazing view is a huge bonus—plenty of sun and an incredible view of Naples and Vesuvius. The second bedroom is only accessible from the patio, not from the rest of the apartment, which is fine but worth noting. The listing also mentions a "pool," but it's really a hot tub—still a nice amenity but not exactly a pool. Overall, we had a great stay and Mario and his team were very responsive and helpful.

Segnalo con molto piacere il nostro piacevole soggiorno a casa di Paolo. La casa è davvero accogliente e il check-in e check-out sono andati benissimo, tutto liscio. Non abbiamo incontrato di persona il proprietario, ma è stato sempre facilmente raggiungibile telefonicamente per qualsiasi domanda. La casa era pulita e il balcone è davvero stupendo, un vero valore aggiunto. Inoltre, sono stati molto gentili a permettermi di rientrare in casa dopo il check-out, quando mi sono accorta di aver dimenticato le mie medicine. Grazie mille ancora!

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

Un superbe séjour dans cette villa accueillante et très bien entretenue. Le cadre est magnifique, avec vue sur la baie de Pouzzoles, des mandarinniers et citronniers. Calme et loin des tumultes de Naples. à une vingtaine de minutes à pieds d'une gare qui déssert Naples rapidement via des trains très propres et peu chers. Pouzzoles a aussi l'avantage d'avoir des très bons restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) et de desservir les îles d'Ischia et Procida très facilement via Ferry. Les hôtes ont été très accueillants et arrangeants sur les heures de départ et d'arrivée. Cela donne envie de revenir, merci encore !

Perfect place. Location is amazing and the apartment is worth the money.

This place met all expectations over five days. I would gladly return here on another trip to Naples. The apt is on third floor but there is a lift. Everything in the apt worked. A good shower and comfortable bed and the laundry was very useful. Be careful not to switch off the fridge (I did twice... there is a switch on the wall..). There is a proper supermarket (Sole365) on the 3-minute walk to the local train station (Mergellina) and plenty of small shops, fruit&veg stalls and restaurants nearby. There is a bit of outside noise from traffic in apt but then Naples is very noisy. You won't be disappointed by this place, which is really made by hosts, who were extremely welcoming, responsive and informative from start to finish.

Cet appartement est parfait pour un couple, avec éventuellement un enfant, situé au dernier étage de l’immeuble (accès par ascenseur) et jouissant d’une partie de terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et l’île de Capri. L’immeuble est situé dans une rue calme, a sens unique.. La terrasse est agréable pour prendre l’apéro voire manger à deux. A proximité (3mn à pied) il y a un petit super marché Deco, bien utile. Après, on peut aller à pied jusqu’au métro Mergellina sur la ligne 2 pour aller en centre ville, ou prendre un funiculaire. Et on peut facilement rejoindre à pied le bord de mer. On trouve d’excellentes pizzeria un peu partout, à prix très abordables., tout comme les restaurants. Il faut prendre en compte que Naples est construite sur une colline, alors les rues montent parfois fort… Autre particularité, le réseau de métro, n’a que très peu de correspondances entre les lignes, pour un parisien c’est déconcertant. Par contre il y a beaucoup de taxis, abordables.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles war genau so, wie es auf den Fotos dargestellt ist – sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Vermieter: Er war jederzeit gut erreichbar und ist auf all unsere Wünsche sehr zuvorkommend eingegangen. Der gesamte Ablauf war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Cosa molto carica , curata e posizionata in zona molto comoda per visitare la città. Stazione metro vicina raggiungibile a piedi e supermercato a pochi passi. Ottima per passare una vacanza in città.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Peaceful retreat in Vomero Guiseppe’s apartment is the perfect base to explore Naples - well-connected to the city, yet based in the tranquil neighbourhood of Vomero. We loved having access to the nearby independent shops, restaurants and most importantly the unforgettable views to the Bay of Naples. Thank you Guiseppe for your kind hospitality and warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay at Giuseppe’s place. The roof top terrace was a particular highlight. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we liked the location, so close to the port.

I can only agree with the previous, positive reviews. The apartment is super nice and well located, with two metro stations and bus stops nearby. The best part is that you can walk to Mappatella Beach in just a few minutes. I felt very comfortable in this accommodation because you could clearly feel that Vincenzo puts a lot of effort into it. The apartment isn't a bare hotel room, but is beautifully and practically furnished. Vincenzo is an excellent host, and I highly recommend being his guest. This also applies to his excellent restaurant Cap'alice, where I had the best meal of my stay. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità, Vincenzo! A tip for women traveling alone: ​​I especially recommend this accommodation. The area is much safer than accommodations in the city center (I had that too, which is why I made the comparison). And it's very nice to know that you have a host who cares about your safety and your comfort.
