We had a pleasant stay in this apartment. Check-in and check-out are independent but the instructions given are very clear and the hosts at Groom are easily reachable. Very clean accommodation and with everything that was necessary. A little extra of this apartment: the ocean view is superb!

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Just perfect with a little more quality, a patio. Very well arranged, clean, bright rooms. Very well equipped with quality amenities. Responsive, welcoming hosts. A few minutes from shops and the port. Conclusion: don't hesitate!!!

Thank you Severine for a lovely relaxing stay in L’Emeraude and for being such a welcoming host. The studio is very well equipped and the surroundings are beautiful. It’s also well placed for visiting St Malo, Dinan and Dinard and is a good location for cycling.

The accommodation was as described, clean, well-equipped and ideally located for visiting the area and in particular Mont Saint Michel which is 30 minutes' drive away The host was very responsive and attentive, with good recommendations for exploring the area. Very pleasant stay in this spacious and pretty house. The garden is very large and there is a soccer field as well as a ping pong table available. We were hosted very well by the neighbor and the host was flexible with our check-out time. We recommend!

Very nice welcome by Vivianne and Torr-penn, her adorable dog. The environment is beautiful, with a beautiful garden and a beautiful little outbuilding. Viviane explained everything well. The interior was very clean, tidy, and very cute. If the opportunity arises for us to go to Brittany, we'd love to return to this Airbnb.

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

Clean and functional apartment. Close pier to Île aux Monines within walking distance, and 15 min from Vannes. Out of season for the pool, we couldn't test. Warm welcome to the residence, and thank you for the board game loan!

Comfortable beds, wish the second bedroom had a toilet. Well equipped kitchen, could have used some paper towels and additional dish washer tabs. Great view of the harbor. Cold upon arrival, but the apartment warmed up quickly.
