It is ideally located 5 minutes by car (or bus) from the ski slopes of the family resort "La Croix-Fry", 15 minutes from all shops (La Clusaz, Thônes) and 40 minutes from Annecy or Megève.

The interior features light wood paneling and ample storage cabinets. A spacious sofa bed is visible, with a television mounted on the wall nearby. Large glass doors open to the terrace, providing access to outdoor seating with views of the surrounding mountains.
