I designed and built this place with passion. This space, designed with noble and ecological materials, is intended to welcome friends and travelers in search of serenity and relaxation. This workshop allows me, when not rented, to practice artistic and creative activities. Independent and elegant, it is classified as a 3-star tourist residence. An adjoining 50 m2 garden facing the vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast is available for the exclusive use of guests. The 30 m2 studio is bright.

An authentic mansion near Beaune

A large authentic style manor, located between the vineyards of Beaune and those of the “Côte Chalonnaise”, spacious enough to welcome your family or friends and discover the great wines, gastronomy and charm of Burgundy and its villages. This old vineyard house with a lot of character can easily accommodate up to 14 people. There is a heated pool with large terraces that offers lovely views accross the park. The pool is equipped with a safety cover and an outdoor pool shower.

Ideal place to walk( on foot or by bike) in the vineyards and enjoy the good cellars. Possibility of hot air balloon flight with owner. Various sports, cultural, gastronomic activities close by. Relaxation area by the pool. Possibility to buy vegetables, fruits and eggs from the garden depending on the season. Possib evening initiation to tasting ( cost sus €20/person minimum 4 people) depending on the availability of the host. Cleaning 100€ if not done by you.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

At the crossroads of Santenay, Hautes-Côtes de Beaune and the Maranges Valley, this charming 17th century winemaker's home will comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children over 12 years old. Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
