Peyton's place appears to be newly remodeled, and its well done. Its conveniently located between the Spearhead trails in Virgina and Hatfield and Mcoy in West Virgina. (Be sure to get a Spearhead trail sticker prior to riding those trails, we found out the wrong way) Peyton was great to communicate with and very fair. I was making date and guest changes down to the last days and they accommodated all the requests. I will definenly stay in this place again. Great trails, great location, great to deal with! Thanks Peyton!

Stayed here for a ski weekend at Winterplace and the house was a quick drive to the slopes. So much so we decided to come back at lunch to dry clothes and relax before going back out. The house was very modern and matched the pictures and description.

The exterior features a two-car garage with white doors, adjacent to a freshly paved driveway. A covered porch is visible, leading to a front entry, while a seating area with visible chairs is set within the surrounding greenery.

Took the family and in-laws trail riding at Hatfield McCoy and staying here was perfect. The garage was great to secure our machines and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. Biggest reason we picked this place was the furniture and 2 full baths. It was nice to come back after a day of riding and clean up and relax in one of the several recliners.

This was the most affordable place in the area. Headed to the beach and wanted a stopping place. Will definitely return. Great deck and view. Fully equipped kitchen. Some reviews say there was a problem with hot water. That was not the case for us. The beds were comfortable. Two futons in living room were comfortable. Felt at home with my toddler grandchild there and with my dogs. In other words, they did not have white rugs and couches. It felt homey. Nice area to take the dogs out. Cindy is very friendly and very responsive.

A living area features a spacious L-shaped couch and a full-size futon, providing ample seating. Two coffee tables are positioned in the center. Modern kitchen appliances and cabinetry are visible in the background, complemented by wooden flooring throughout the space.

We have stayed in these Condos a few years now, and it is always a great experience! Location is perfect to hit the slopes and Cindy is a wonderful host. I highly recommend a stay here for your visit to Winterplace
