WELCOME! We are located close to campus - 4 mins by car and 20 mins by walk. We are renting out the master bedroom of our house, which has an attached bath with private entry overlooking our backyard. This room is not a detached unit and is part of the main house. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK: We have lowered our prices by 25% for our guests starting Apr 1st because there is going to be construction happening in our backyard between Mon to Sat - 8 am to 6 pm. Beautiful 4 bedroom home overlooking (and 15 steps from) the historic D&R Canal State Park. Minutes from downtown Princeton, University buildings and athletic fields. Our home is at the crossroads of trails, outdoor adventures (birding, biking, fishing, cycling, hiking, kayaking, rowing), fine dining, museums, shopping, & American Revolutionary historic sites. Modern and well-stocked kitchen, patio, gardens and library. Outdoors and indoors spaces to read or listen to the birds.

A spacious attic room features a futon and a large bed, both adorned in neutral linens. A round table with bottled water is centered, while a black shelving unit and a nature-themed painting enhance the simple decor. Natural light filters through a nearby window.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Spacious private and clean. Lots of views, parks, trails, stores are 2-5 minutes away, 1 new store is walking distance away. Trenton airport is 5-7 minutes away. NJ transit stops out front of the house & the Trenton train station is 7-10 minutes bus ride away. It’s a very quiet & safe neighborhood, the room is located on the 3rd floor. There is a futon & air mattress. Walk in closet & lots more not posted in the photos.
