The Ranch Barn

The cottage is located at the foot of the Vercors, surrounded by a remarkable panorama, in the calm of the Dioise valley, 5 minutes from the Drôme river. In this former equestrian center, you will share the space with horses and ponies. (I don't organize rides or classes). The 65 m2 cottage and its large sheltered terrace overlook the corral. You can discover the medieval village of Châtillon-en-Diois and the city of Die, famous for its Clairette and colorful markets.

Community-run café-grocery store 200 m away in the village. For your baby under 2 years old, folding bed, highchair, small bath available.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Equipped to accommodate children and babies (free equipment on request).
