You’ll love Scott Hill Cabin because of the view, ambience, and location. There are brochures in the cabin to see what options our area has for you. The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

Welcome to the "Lucky Lady" and thank you for your interest in our property. We have spent the past few months completely renovating and furnishing this awesome place and everything is brand new. We have 4 queen bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 den areas, gourmet like kitchen, pool table room and theatre room. Plus, there are 2 outdoor living spaces that include a dining table, fire pit table, hot tub and Blackstone grill. The Bristol Casino is in our backyard and is literally steps off the patio.

The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Shana's "treehouse" was incredible!!! Not only was the home beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we could need, but Shana was very nice and quick to respond to questions. If we could give this 10 stars, we would! This was our anniversary trip and it couldnt have been more perfect! We would love to stay here again for more anniversaries! There is no match for this place!

When I made the reservation I didn't realize it was located right next to a road but that didn't prove to be a concern. There was very little traffic and the deck and large windows faced away from the road and toward the beautiful view shown in the description. The hosts communicated proactively but not intrusively and the expectations for check-in and check-out were clearly written. The GPS directions were passable but it was very helpful to have received the directions from the hosts in advance which provided several alternatives to roads that were still impacted from storm damage.

We had a small medical issue and I reached out to him late - not expecting a response, yet he responded. He and his beautiful place are a must stay in the area ! Thank you , Ron !

Heather and the uptown colonial property is amazing! It is down town but located on it's own property. It offers plenty of private parking and a very quiet and cozy back yard right outside the door. Inside is no different it too is very quiet and cozy. You will find the inside very clean and very well organized with everything you should need! Heather as a person is amazingly sweet and kind. A true hostess with the mostess! She went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful! Her personality and attitude towards her guests is second to none. You would be very hard pressed to find a hostess with more hospitality than she has! If you are looking at one of her properties look no further. You will not be disappointed at all! It says 5 stars but I give Heather and her uptown colonial property 10 stars easy!! I honestly can't say one bad thing it was a wonderful stay!!

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and unplug, Rivercliff Cottage is the perfect place! I felt right at home from the minute I arrived. Eva even helped me get my things inside! The deck was my favorite place. Nature abounds in the backyard! Tons of birds, deer frolicking in the field, and at night, the trees were full of lightning bugs! I really loved being out there when it was raining. The whole area is lush and green and just stunningly beautiful! Eva and Mike are the perfect hosts!

Don’s rental was exactly as described. The rooms were clean, neat and welcoming. The bathroom alone was worth the visit. The shower was super impressive and its amenities were beyond what you would normally expect. Definitely a place I’d recommend and go back to.
