Vacation rentals with a patio in Menaggio

This is the second time we've lived in this wonderful apartment It is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word and is located in the hidden gem of Lake Como in the village of Riuznonko It's exactly like the photos The historic village is very quiet and you do not hear the noise of cars because they pass through the tunnel The view is the most amazing ever We enjoy sitting at the window every day and having breakfast or drinking coffee There's a small beach downstairs There is also a wonderful hidden beach nearby There is a small grocery store upstairs with all the basic needs and you will find some local cheeses Alessandro was wonderful, understanding and responsive and gave us useful tips We will definitely always return to where there is beauty, relaxation and tranquility Thank you Alessandro

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Elena was amazing. She was very flexible and responsive regarding our arrival and very friendly as well. The BnB has very accessible private parking, and was right on the water with a beautiful view. The location was next to a train station as well if you wanted to visit the other towns in Como!

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Seeing the pica is one thing but reality is a big WOW. Absolutely beautiful and very well maintained, paying attention to small details to make you feel comfortable and at home. The house is a 2 min walk from village centre with restaurants, ferry and bus which is very convenient. Vanessa was super helpful with a very long list of things to do and visit and loads of useful information. Beautiful place to stay in

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

The place was insanely good! The amenities in particular were above average. The house corresponded to our ideas and the pictures. The driveway to the house was really very steep, so you should be careful which cars you arrive with. Communication with the landlord was also excellent. Very friendly and quick feedback. We would come back.

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

We spent a few wonderful days - the location was great to get to the towns and the mountains and to walk around the surrounding villages and take advantage of the Bernina Express trip (which we recommend); the only problem may be the lack of parking spaces - it always left us so uncertain - where we will find something.... What is worth paying attention to is the authenticity of the object - local dogs howling every morning to church bells or local sports competitions... it is nice to be "in the middle" of something like that thank you and we highly recommend Monika&Maciej

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

A very nice, clean house close to the lake. Big rooms and a big terrace. There is also a lot of space to park the car in front of the house. We had a very nice stay. Thank you.

The house was absolutely stunning, even better than the pictures!! The view is breathtaking and we couldn’t get enough. Maria and her husband are extremely welcoming and very communicative, the perfect hosts!! We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The house comes with all amenities and a huge beautiful garden. We will definitely be back! :)

What a beautiful spot this is. Lenno is the perfect place to stay if you’d prefer to be away from the busy touristy area, whilst still having good transport links to the other towns on the lake. There is a lido across the bay where you can swim in the lake (I forget the name), il Golfo restaurant is great for some lovely food, and we had a nice walk along the greenway route to tremezzo. The apartment itself is beautiful, with everything you need to have a homely stay. It’s clean, plenty of areas to relax and an amazing outdoor shower!! We would come back to the place in a heartbeat, and hope to as soon as possible!! Thank you so much Leo!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

I must say this place is one of the Airbnbs makes you regret if you book only a couple of days. With a stunning view in every part of the house, this place has so much charm to show what the local life in Como is like. Only a one minute away from the bus stop, it couldn't be more easier to access from/to Bellagio, Como and many other spots along the lake. Our another unique highlight was a swimming in the lido which requires a bit of hike back (don't recommend for who has knee issue) and having dinner around the lido. We didn't want to leave this place.
