Stay in newly remodeled Community School

Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Bolga is a beautiful island on the Helgeland coast with approx 85 friendly inhabitants, a grocery store and a tavern. Exciting conditions for hiking, climbing, bouldering, kayaking, diving, seakiting, fishing and foraging. The cottage is situated in the south-west corner, 2 km easy walking from the harbour. Private barbecue area where the fireplace can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. Wood is brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l sack
