Nice and child-friendly home

In this nice terraced house, perfect for a couple with smaller children, you can stay near the beach, football field, shops, hiking areas, bus to Trondheim (about 25 min) Rented to housekeepers over the age of 25. Here we want you to relax, so you do not have to worry about bed linen, towels and dishes, but we expect them to be delivered in the same condition as when you took over. Note: we have a calm Maine Coon cat that thrives best at home, but she does little out of her way and is mostly out all day when the weather is good

Welcome to our charming storehouse at Leinstrand! The farm is beautifully located and is only a short drive from Trondheim city center! The storehouse is cozy to charming with a warm welcoming atmosphere, where it is possible to enjoy, as well as have nice conversations! It is also possible to prepare meals together in a fully equipped kitchen and relax with TV afterwards. Here you can experience the tranquility and beauty of the countryside and take delicious trips nearby! Short distance to Gaula, Øysand and Bymarka.

Welcome to a cozy lavvu, only 50 meters from the sea! Here you live comfortably with two beds (150 cm, 120 cm), wood stove and private patio. Enjoy bonfires and beautiful sunsets, go on a discovery trip for shells and crabs, or take a paddle trip by canoe (included). It is also possible to fish – simple equipment can be borrowed. You have access to a great bathroom in the guest house. Breakfast can be added, NOK 150 per person. A real, natural stay for both families, couples and you who travel alone.

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

The small farm is right on the river Gaula and is therefore perfect for those who enjoy salmon fishing. Here you have great opportunities for being outside as the outside area is large. There is also a lot of outdoor furniture on the barn that will be available to you who rent. Three cabins are also located on the farm, they can also be rented if you are many. The Fjord House

Charming house by the sea in Buvika with 3 double bedrooms, a spacious outdoor patio with kitchen and BBQ, just 30 meters from the shoreline. Grocery store, restaurants, and bus stop to Trondheim (20 min) all within a 5-minute walk. Renovated in 2019. There may be some building activity nearby during summer of 2025. We’ll do our best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
