House vacation rentals in Melbourne Beach

Very nice area, and house. Comes with a couple bikes, and beach toys, chairs, floats and other needs. If I search for a complaint so not giving a perfect review, I can not think of any complaints Great place made me wish I could buy it and stay permanently Will be back

We had an amazing stay at this house in Melbourne Beach, FL. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a relaxing Memorial Day getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had 9 adults and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are nice and the living room and dining table was plenty of room. Open kitchen definitely nice and the pool was nice and clean. This house is definitely the nicest and spaces we have rented on Airbnb. Jacob responded pretty quickly with any questions I had. We had an amazing stay for my wife birthday 4 night stay. Zero complaints on this nice house and with Jacob. Thank you.

The Quaint & Quiet Beachside Retreat was incredible! The location was top notch - extremely walkable to the beach and to local restaurants, coffee shop, market, ice cream shop, park and more. The backyard is very spacious - only note that the pool is only accessible by ladder not stairs so to be mindful with elderly or less agile guests. But the pool was very clean and great temperature and very enjoyable! Zach was an excellent host and very responsive when we had questions! My family could not stop raving about how amazing this vacation was and we would stay here again!

property was clean, and welcoming. pool was deep and inviting. game room provided a lot of entertainment. we had a great time, we asked a couple questions and had a response immediately every time. highly recommended.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t be better—literally steps from the sand, with stunning ocean views from the back porch and patio. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. The private pool was a huge bonus and perfect after a day at the beach. It’s super family-friendly, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Daniel was incredibly responsive and great to work with, making the whole experience seamless. We made unforgettable memories and can’t wait to come back!

Very nice home, beautiful well equipped kitchen. Appreciated the plentiful towels and great washer dryer. Loved the wine and beverage fridge. Home was well stocked with all the essentials. Very clean. Kids had a blast with the street fighter game. Nice pool and hot tub!

Wow! My husband and I were really blown away by how beautiful this spot is. If you’re looking for a nostalgic beach house with a beautiful view of the ocean this house is definitely worth booking. The back deck overlooking the beach is perfect. I LOVED how accessible the beach is. We enjoyed getting up & watching the sunrise every morning as we drank coffee. The bed was perfect with super soft linens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need as far as glassware & utensils go. Overall the house was very clean and cool enough to escape the heat. We felt very safe in the area and the neighbors/beachgoers were all very sweet. We will definitely be rebooking! Thank you so much for having us! We wish we didn’t have to leave 😭🫶🏻😘

This was a last minute trip for our family before our daughter left for the summer. She wanted to go to the beach and Airbnb found this place for us. Honestly, we didn't expect a private beach with so little activity, but I don't know if we can go back to sharing a beach after staying at this place. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog, who is almost 17 years old and hasn't been to a beach in nine years. We were able to walk on the beach for miles and enjoyed some extended family time. Lindsey checked on us after we checked in and made us feel very welcomed. We were there for two days since that's all the days available, but we'll be going back hopefully sometime soon.

Previous commenters have done a through job commending the decor and proximity to the beach so I’ll focus on the helpful abundance on supplies in laundry detergent, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, even spices and condiments in the kitchen! Be prepared for a wide selection of wine glasses and most impressive coffee bar! These things are nice and helpful as we’ve stayed in other Airbnb’s where they only provided one days worth of supplies. Who wants to stock up on household supplies on vacation?!? Not me! There is a Publix nearby for food and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

me and my boyfriend absolutely loved staying at Courtney’s Airbnb!! it was the perfect spot to just hangout and relax!

Lauren was a very accommodating host. We had a very special family gathering that couldn’t have been more magical. There were more amenities than mentioned and the garage was filled with everything we needed for time in the beach just steps out the back door. Everyone slept comfortably and we fixed meals every night in the large and open kitchen area. I highly recommend this home for a real beach house experience.

Wonderful stay for 7 adults and 1 small dog. Very comfortable, clean, & well stocked house. Pool was a lot of fun to gather around. Plenty of games were available at the house for guests' use. A short walk to the clean beach. We watched a rocket lift from the beach one night. Many restaurants were available within 5 minutes driving distance. Any questions or concerns were dealt with efficiently & professionally by Jose, who was always available via text. We would happily rent this property again. We were sad to end our vacation. Very nice house within walking distance to the beach. It had everything we needed. There were beach towels (we had brought out own), pool floaties, and a wagon with beach umbrella available. The one bedroom with the open concept bathroom took some getting used to, would have preferred a normal bathroom.

Our stay at this property could not have been better. The house was beautiful and the backyard was amazing and everything you could ask for on a vacation. We grilled out by the pool and relaxed and the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. Matthew was an amazing host; any questions I had he responded in less than 20 minutes. The beach wasn’t far. The grocery store was close. There were plenty of restaurants ti choose from when we didn’t feel like cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. My birthday trip was so great because of the kindness, the cleanliness of the house , and the resort like backyard!!Matthew was an amazing host and the price was a deal. ! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Matthew and I can’t wait to book this house again in the future. God Bless!!

Absolutely loved our stay at this historic riverfront home in Melbourne, FL! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from everything, yet peaceful and private with the most stunning water views. The constant breeze off the river made the whole experience feel like a dream. We celebrated Father’s Day outdoors, and the backyard space was perfect—plenty of room, beautifully maintained, and ideal for relaxing and making memories. I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

We had a fantastic stay at Beachy Places! Our family’s time here was incredibly enjoyable, relaxing, and full of fun. The host was wonderful to communicate with—so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. The house had everything we could have needed and more. The short walk to the beach was easy and manageable, even with four kids in tow! After beach outings, the pool was a refreshing delight for everyone. This was our second time staying at his beach house. It is in a perfect location, not many people on the beach which makes it so much more enjoyable and just a few steps from the patio to the sand which we absolutely love. The house has everything we needed. Nari is a great host who responds quickly and is very kind. The beds are comfortable and the lay out is nice. It was great waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean each morning. Thanks for a great stay Nari! We will be back!

Overall great stay for me and my family. There were a couple of maintenance issues that were quickly communicated on both ends. The home was fully furnished to include dishes, detergent, seasonings, and condiments. We did truly enjoy our stay and the amenities were as described. Todd was a good host and did communicate swiftly and effectively.

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.
