Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Mekong River Delta

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

was pleasently surprised with our stay at Julie's place. it was super nice has a rooftop pool and gym. Suites us well. having a washer and dryer is fantastic as well when you've been travelling for a a bit and have some washing to do.

Very accommodating host, friendly, mindful and even allowed us to leave our things for few hours while waiting for our international flight. Will highly recommend.

Vi was super helpful with the check in process and even helped us find the place at night. it's a nice place in a saw location and very easy to get grab rides from there. The gym and pool were great too. would stay there again for sure.

Amazing place to stay, clean with pool & sauna. Central to distinct one. Peaceful and quiet at night time with security guards down in reception. Very safe area. Jodie was always responsive and answered and questions we had, really good host. We’ve extended our trip and booked to stay longer at another one of her apartments.

The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

Great location if you're looking to be a little bit further out of the business of District 1, but close at the same time. loads of food carts and restaurants, coffee shops, mini marts, and 2 large malls. The apartment has comfy beds and a great sofa! Air con throughout, everything you need. The pool is such a great bonus, especially as a break from the weather. We loved our stay!

The host was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa was very modern and in a good location with pool and restaurant nearby. Transport is recommended if wanting to cook or spend more time in the villa. To make the stay even better, it would be useful to have some basic amenities such as washing up liquid, cloths or tea-towels. The villa would benefit from someone going through and opening all of the cupboards and drawers and removing everything that doesn't need to be there. There is a bit of clutter. If this was done, this would easily be a 5 star review.

We spent excellent 5 nights in Phu’s villa, it is definitely the best villa I ever live. The villa is exact the same as displayed pictures on Airbnb. And it is the perfect option for family. We go swimming everyday in the private pool. The host is always helpful to support us in organizing breakfast and daily care. And they are very kind to offer late check out time for our family. The only drawback is no much food option and grab delivery nearby. But the villa is closed to sunset town(15mins) and sonasea market (5mins) by car. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this villa for a family trip.

I was really satisfied to find such a good accommodation at a low price. The tours I had prepared in Korea during the Phuket schedule were suddenly canceled, but it was a great help that Host Pho actively looked into various things. Thanks to this, my trip with my family was more meaningful and enjoyable. The accommodation was really clean, and it was very convenient to have two large rooms, each with a bathroom and air conditioning. Above all, the space is well-organized independently, so it is especially recommended for those who want a quiet and relaxing trip. It takes about 20 minutes by taxi to the night market, and Grab taxis are also very easy to catch. I would like to thank Pho, the friendly host, once again. I confidently recommend this review to Korean people who are reading it. Don't hesitate and make a reservation! It was a really nice place to stay. 😊

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

Perfect for the whole family or a few families, sailing club is a resort, also has a gym (free) and breakfast (need to be purchased separately), the boss has a lot of details and questions are answered.The private pool is clean, someone cleared every day, there is circulating water, a good option for a holiday

Nice modern villa in a quite and secured neighborhood. Host is very helpful, enthusiasm and fast response. Nga offered us free Airport picking up when we just arrived. Her co- host: Bao is very nice and helpful, he owns a seafood restaurant in town, with a lot of delicious Vietnames food. He delivered food for us eventhrough it was late at night. We definitely will come back to stay at Nga's villa on our next trip to Phu Quoc Island. Thanks lot to Nga and her staff.
