The location is excellent, right next to the Binh City Market in the city center. It's within walking distance to the surrounding attractions, and the structure of the house is very characteristic of Vietnam. The landlord responds promptly and is very easy to communicate with

There was a day when I book grab to eat but the host also told a Grab to drive which way for me to see the view, and then tell me if I only drive to another store to say it's better, don't listen =) In general, I had very reassuring and comfortable days in Vung Tau

Amazing property and excellent location. Just a little walk to the beach and it’s beautiful and pristine. The Villa is stunning with lovely pool and barbecue. Rooms are spacious and quaint. Special mention to Vu who offered us great recommendations for local sight seeing and travel. He was always on the toes and diligently helpful. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable because of Vu. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to stay and enjoy the heavenly abode of Phu Quoc here at Liz Villa.

5 stars for the service from Xuan and Kim!! Communication was excellent! The place is beautiful and clean! Each room had their own bathroom! It was convenient to have an elevator so that we didn’t have to carry our big suitcases up. It was my children’s birthdays during our stay and Kim helped me order & arrange delivery of the cakes which turned out fantastic (Kuromi and Pokemon themed) The pool was very nice too! No beach towels so we asked for more white towels. The Location is definitely less busy and very beautiful! The grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only downside is there are not many restaurants. There is a small night market but the food is not good. Grab rides are more expensive going into the city. We were a family of 14 and enjoyed our stay!

Toan was a very considerate host. Near the villa we booked, he offered several replacement options, which we never regretted - the new villa was closer to the sea. Tuan also helped with booking a car, a motorbike, with the exchange of money, was always in touch and quickly responded to all our requests The pool was cleaned every day and the villa itself is very clean I liked everything, many thanks

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

We stayed 8 days, the apartment is located in fancy well maintained condo block and situated in a nice neighborhood. Pool & gym are great features to use. Quan was very responsive and helped with all our requests. Can highly recommend

the place was central to all the tourist places, big apartment, pool and gym were decent. we will be back here. Khue was responsive regarding lost card and local places to eat.

I stayed here with my family on my trip the Vietnam. The place was clean and the service was very good. They took care of our every need including providing us we a free upgrade to accommodate our large family. The helped us with our daily trips around island. They made our experience to Phu Quoc to be a very pleasant one. Thank you. I would definitely come here again and recommend this place to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

There were a few houses around that had parties until late at night, but other than that, it's a great place to stay.

Truly, it is the best accommodation for the first time. The picture is so pretty. Don't leave it. They say it's new, but the actual accommodation is very old. The room, living room, and bathroom are all the same. Also, there is an air conditioner in Bangman (there was also a Samsung) I wish there was an air conditioner It's not perfectly the same as the photos in the actual house You can just think of it as. I wanted to be red, but it was a pity that I couldn't. Again, this is the first place to stay. The address was difficult to find, so a Vietnamese friend spoke on the phone and was barely able to find it. If you have a friend who can speak Vietnamese, I recommend it 0 The surrounding area is all under construction and the road is not serviced, so I felt a little uncomfortable.

Absolutely beautiful villa, looks exactly like the pictures. Spotlessly clean, all bedrooms had en-suites. Beautiful huge pool. Villa is also on a complex with children’s pools, adult pools, restaurant, sports courts and a shuttle to the beach every hour where there is a beach bar, pool, volleyball and football on beach. It’s an easy 5-8 minute walk if you miss the bus. Supermarket a few minutes away with free transport to and from. Super communication, great host. Highly recommended, thank you
