Very nice stay, close to all attractions and clean

Everything is great, Youssef, who does the housekeeper, extremely attentive and with good recommendations. The riad has a spectacular charm, it's pure immersion. The breakfast we had the opportunity to enjoy was also very good. Youssef gave us a hand looking for a guide for the visit (the topic of the guide is to talk apart because it is not really tied to the accommodation). To put a hit, the riad's patio is covered with a plastic cover, the first night was quite windy, and it made noise, but nothing that accumulated sleep to visit Fes don't fix :D You can park nearby, and then with a couple of simple directions (to be the Medina of Fès) you are ready to start your exploration. The kids really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely repeat.

Natalia’s place was great. The house was very clean, decorated beautifully and it has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped. the location of the house was super convenient. The neighborhood gives you an authentic Moroccan experience and you get to see locals as opposed to other places that feel too touristy. Communication was easy for check in and Natalia was very responsive. I definitely recommend staying in Natalia’s place.

Wow what an amazing place. The facilities are 5 star. The caretaker is on site and he is highly responsive and helpful. The location is remote however there are nearby restaurants and shops for essentials. Its a great place to relax and unwind.

One of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed in, tastefully decorated and with personality. A unique place full of charm on the edge of the medina and yet extremely peaceful. The garden and pool are beautiful, not overlooked and surrounded by lemon trees. The exchanges were very fluid with Amélie and Philippe, the owners. We received such a warm welcome from Sanae and her husband, a lovely host full of thoughtful touches. We had great conversations with her that allowed us to better understand Morocco and Moroccan culture. If you stay here, absolutely enjoy Sanae's cuisine, generous, authentic and made with a lot of love. Nothing to do with the restaurants in the medina. Probably the best meals we've had on our 15-day trip to Morocco. This stay in the riad was a highlight of our road trip. Thanks again! An experience not to be missed if you are in Fez, really.

Fantastic Airbnb with stunning views in an amazing location central to everything! Excellent communication with a super responsive host who quickly responded to any needs and helped coordinate easy transportation to and from train stations etc! HIGHLY recommend to anyone traveling to the area!!

The house is very nice, clean, spacious and very nice. Emma is a communicative, friendly host and helped us with dinner, the guide, transportation and pointed out things to do and where to eat in Fez, which made our trip very special, along with the friendly Khadija who was always willing and who prepared us that delicious dinner and breakfasts.

Thank you for your responsiveness and the apartment is easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. I will not hesitate to come back for a future stay.

It was a good experience

Safae is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is new and has complete facilities. Maybe in the summer you'll miss a little air conditioning, and the shower could be a little wider, but none of that is critical. The cleanliness is impeccable, worthy of a hotel, something that is not always found in apartments of this type.

My wifa and I spent 7 thoroughly enjoyable nights in Katrien's apartment in June 2025. It is well designed, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. It features air conditioning in three rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, excellent shower, and a very comfortable bed. The wifi is reliable and fast. It is located 5 minutes walk from Place Batha and 10 minutes from Bab Boujlout, both close enough to the main tourist areas of the Medina, but in a sufficiently quiet sector of it. While we never met Katrien she was a wonderful host, providing extremely clear instructions to ensure an easy check-in, checking everything was ok during our stay, and eveen arranging luggage assistance on our departure. Thank you so much Katrien.

Jawad was very welcoming, he is very attentive and gives good advice about the region and shares his recommendations. The accommodation absolutely meets all the criteria described on the rental profile. The accommodation is well-equipped, very clean and meets all the needs for a pleasant stay. Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. Spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, very convenient washing machine when you come with children, ground floor so great for access to the pool. Close to the crossroads, bakery, café... Medina accessible by car/taxi 20 min. Quiet neighborhood, guard at the entrance. The pool is a real plus. Wonderful stay! Spacious apartment with multiple rooms, very clean, had everything listed, functional kitchen and bathroom, new laundry machine and lots of spaces to hang clothes. We were surprised by the great view of lawn from the living room, where we saw sheep grazing one morning while having breakfast! About 20-minute drive to city centre, good local food and neighbourhood, great value for money! Highly recommend!
