Quiet family oriented neighborhood. 10 miles from Kiawah Island featuring beautiful beaches and some of the best golf in SC including the famous PGA course at Kiawah Golf course. Folly Beach 12 miles away and downtown Charleston 10 miles away. The interior has been recently renovated with 2 smaller bedrooms and a medium size master bedroom. The home includes a large deck for coffee and a mid size bbq grill. **Unfortunately due to a few inconsiderate guests, we no longer allow pets. *** Sorry.

Perfect little gem on Edisto. The property is so peaceful, it was the such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. That dock and the views are just magical. Stress just melts away! Recs by Tracie, Kings Farm Market and Flowers Seafood were delicious! And a ride to Boneyard Beach was an awesome trip. Thank you for the perfect rejuvenating trip!

This is an absolute dream! We rented it for our family Thanksgiving, and it exceeded every expectation. The house is warm, inviting, and incredibly well-stocked with everything a family could need – and more! The front porch quickly became our favorite spot, with its cozy swinging beds perfect for relaxing, sipping coffee, or enjoying a good book. The property itself is a paradise for kids and adults alike. The grandkids were obsessed with the chickens and the zip line was a massive hit and provided endless entertainment, while crabbing and fishing added an extra layer of fun and adventure to our stay. Jen & Rick were beyond helpful and welcoming, ensuring our visit was as perfect as possible. Their care and attention to detail made us feel truly at home.We made so many wonderful memories here – the grandkids are already asking when we can come back! If you’re looking for a relaxing, activity-led getaway that your whole family will fall in love with this is the place. Highly Recommend

This place is lovely and PEACEFUL. I actually really enjoyed the small tucked away bedroom and slept like a ROCK in there. It’s very neat yet homey and they have everything you could possibly need and then some. We’re talking coffee, creamer, sweetener, ice cream scoop, ice, pizza slicer, even some spices. Highly recommend this place!!

We had an amazing stay at John and Lisa’s condo on Seabrook Island! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved being on a private island—the beaches were peaceful and never overcrowded, which made for such a relaxing experience. The island had a unique, laid-back vibe, but we also appreciated how close it was to all the fun and charm of Charleston. It truly felt like the best of both worlds. John and Lisa were fantastic hosts—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely return!

I can’t say enough good things. You won’t want to leave. This kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The outside space is amazing. My only regret was not staying for longer. The 3 chickens are so friendly, they followed us everywhere like a little pep squad. We especially enjoyed coffee out at the marsh. My Apple map GPS is a little off on the address. If it’s on the left, just go a little further up the road. If it’s night, you will see the beautiful tree lights to know you are “home.”

Darby was super communicative and welcoming. Noise from the upstairs unit was a bit obnoxious at times, but nothing to complain about. Overall great stay!

Everything was new, and the home was nicely decorated. It was well stocked with supplies, games, and even snacks & toiletries. The backyard was great for outdoor games and fishing. We loved that we were able to bring our dog. Deb was very easy to communicate with before and during the trip and offered suggestions and help during our stay.
