Serifos Traditional House 1

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The large studio with the cycladic arcitecture is located at the aprominent location of Leivadakia beach benefits from its literally on the beach, only 15 m. away from the house . Leivadakia is of one of most well known sandy beaches of the island with natural shade of the trees and few steps away from restaurants and cafe. Just few minutes walk down from the port/ Leivadi that can find bars, restaurants, grocery shops .

Chalakia House -Exambela-Sifnos

The house is located in the traditional settlement of Exambela facing the picturesque village of Kastro on the Eastern side of the island.. Relax and enjoy your privacy and solitude at the terraces. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

Built at the hillside "En Lefko" offers peace and quiet along with a unique view of the magnificent Chora. The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need. Small but fully equiped will offer you some easy going and relaxing days!
