The Snuggery

Enjoy a happy experience in this newly renovated, family-friendly, lower level unit in an old home in a quiet neighborhood 1.2 miles from UNC. There’s a nook for kids with dvd’s, games and toys, and a special hidden reading spot under the stairs! Queen bed, a futon, and an air mattress can sleep 5-6. This is a studio but sleeping areas are separated with curtains. It's very quiet. Full kitchen, fully stocked. Lovely outside area to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon beverages. Covered parking.

Close to Durham and Chapel Hill Treat yourself to a stay at this newly remodeled retreat with hot tub (spa robes), massage chair, two shower heads (one a massaging shower panel,) an 85 inch TV (Netflix included) and a cozy electric fireplace with your choice of flame colors. Don't settle for a meager queen sized bed -- stretch out in the super comfortable KING sized bed with 800 thread count sheets. We love pets and have a small fenced in area (just please don't let them on the furniture.)

This stylish studio is a 5 min drive to downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Weatherhill Townhomes are secluded and have easy parking. There is a king-sized bed for maximum comfort, and the couch can sleep one additional guest if needed. Enjoy the kitchen and having a bathroom all to yourself! This private basement unit overlooks the forest, which provides a lovely view any time of year. To that end, remember to bring a laptop if you want screen time (no tv here, but there is private internet!).

A guest suite that's a former artist studio with 10-15 foot high windows and 20 foot high ceiling, converted into one bedroom loft with private entrance, bath, living area, and kitchenette. The space is attached to the rest of my house, but you'll have a private entrance, your own bathroom, living area and kitchenette and two seat dining table. You will not have access to a full kitchen. New in September 2025: Blackout curtains provide privacy at night and a darker room for sleeping in.
