Exclusive! Ski gondola from Switzerland, 1.80 × 1.45 just under double bed size, on a pond in the forest in the middle of nature, prepared for sleeping. Natura 2000 area in Upper Swabia. Only suitable for nature lovers and adventurous, sporty guests. Great place to watch water birds. "Forest kitchen" with running water, gas stove, cooking pots, dishes. Compost toilet, barbecue area. Our house and parking are about 150 m away. Swimming and fishing in the lake are possible. Mosquitoes unfortunately present.

The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! Das BLISS ist ein über 400 Jahre altes Haus im schönen Dorf Kesswil und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom alten Hafen und dem Bodensee entfernt. Es ruhig hier und das naturbelassene Ufer (und der nahegelegene Wald) laden zum Spazieren und im Sommer zum Baden ein. Die drei Zimmer sind Durchgangszimmer, deswegen vermiete ich alle drei zusammen, ein langer Flur führt zur einfach eingerichteten Küche, der Toilette und dem modernen Bad. Ich selbst bewohne die Wohnung in der 1.Etage.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Oasis of tranquility near the lake... Captain's House

Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor, and has a beautiful wrap-around balcony with table and chairs for a nice day in the sun. Just a short walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach and the many other tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house is another apartment… Captains Suite.
