Beautifully located in a rural place with spacious terrace and garden. The nature reserve 't Roegwold and the Fraeylemaborg are within walking distance. Supermarket 1.5 km. Schildmeer is 7 km away. The city of Groningen is easily accessible.

The B&B is an apartment with its own entrance, private shower/toilet room, and is within cycling distance of the station in Veendam, from where the train leaves for the beautiful city of Groningen. There is also a lot to see in the province itself. However, after a busy day, you will always return to the tranquility and space of B&B HoutStee. You can relax under the veranda, enjoy bird sounds. Possibly in good weather, use the BBQ. Everything is available for this. You also have 2 bicycles at your disposal.

In de omgeving vind je de mogelijkheid voor veel activiteiten zoals natuur, wandelen, zwemmen, kanovaren, vissen, golfen, paardrijden, museumbezoek, winkel en horeca bezoek, steden, fietsen en minigolf. Bekijk hiervoor zeker ook de reisgids. Wij, Nathanael, Pauline, Grace (5) en Sarelie (0) heten je van harte welkom!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

The studio is part of a multi-generational home that has been realized in a former care institution. You have your own place where you can stay, with nice coffee shops and restaurants within cycling distance. Perfect place if you want to enjoy the peace & nature, want to hike/bike or to work from. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.
