Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Medellin

It is a place that I recommend 100%. Its location is central, the area is very quiet, the apartment's spaces are what you need for a good stay, everything is very clean and matches the photos in the ad, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, making sure you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, she is a sweetheart. I hope to return soon!

We had an incredible time at this luxurious country house! The location is perfect, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and proximity to the city. The house itself is spacious, bright, and beautifully surrounded by nature, making it an ideal spot for a family or friends gathering. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for both relaxing during the day and unwinding under the stars at night. The amenities are top-notch—air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for our get-togethers. The bedrooms were comfortable, each with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the social areas with Bose equipment made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, exclusive escape close to Medellín.

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

Laureles. You’ll be surrounded by restaurants, cafes , bars , souvenir shops , money exchange places, tours all in a four to five block radius. This place is a great find .

Excellent option to be close to everything at a good price, it is close to the subway, the stadium, the main avenues

10/10 is an excellent area, I think everything is very close and the service was super good, they were always attentive, so if at any time I return to Medellin, I would definitely come back here, super recommended

Sandra’s place is awesome ,, very safe and the whole stuff is always looking for the safety of all the guest in the building ,,, Energy building definitely is my first choice from now on ,,, place where you stay comfortably as longest that you comply with the rules and common decency of the place without being restricted, really felt like home

Excellent place to stay, the building is like a hotel, it has a cafeteria, by the way the coffee is excellent, a store to buy basic things, a gym and 24-hour reception with security. The room is very comfortable, clean with everything you need to be comfortable. The surroundings are not for going for a walk with bars or cafes, but, taking Uber, which is very cheap, you are a few minutes from all the places. Walking you can find the Santa Fe shopping mall that has a supermarket and good shops. I recommend this host! :)

I recommend Claudia’s place for it’s comfortable and clean atmosphere. Very good location, close to most attractions and in a very safe neighborhood. Claudia is very proactive and easy to reach. As 3 women traveling alone we felt very comfortable and safe.

Very good stay in Medellin, the accommodation met all expectations. The place is comfortable, clean and well located, ideal for getting around the city, it has direct connection to the subway system and is very close to the historic center. On the other hand, communication with Leandra was clear and quick at all times, which made the arrival and stay much easier. Overall a very positive experience. Recommended.

A very friendly and helpful host. The building is a series of suites designed and built with the digital nomad in mind, then very international the subject. Very well the co-working area and the gym very well equipped with high quality machines, including a power tower, a multi-apartment and a commercial grade paddle. The only thing I saw in the suite (which has to do with the design) is that the kitchenette is tiny (inside a closet) and it's a little awkward cooking. The card in particular is very small for washing. As for the furniture, everything was very good. I think the only thing missing from the room was a reading chair.
