Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Medebach

We were 3 couples, 2 toddlers. Size of the house was great. Everyone had their own bathroom and retreat. The pool table, hot tub and outdoor sauna were great. A baby cot and a high chair were provided on request. We didn't lack anything. Next to the house is a large meadow and right behind it a small playground. Perfect for the kids. The place Cobbenrode is not big. In Eslohe, 7 km away, there are restaurants, shopping and also gastronomy with delivery service to Cobbenrode. Nearby are June and September Karl-May-Festspiele, unfortunately we were too early for that. For an extended weekend with friends to relax or even hike, the stay is definitely worth it. Spending time together and relaxing was important to us and that's exactly what we could enjoy in this great accommodation. Anna was always quickly available for questions and could also help remotely. Thank you very much.

We stayed at Anita's place for the second time. As it was two years ago, it was very clean. The space complies with the descriptions. The sauna works great and warms up relatively quickly. The surrounding area is also great, there are lots of nice things to do. We missed the no longer available hot tub (which was clearly not included in photos or the description), but otherwise everything was great. Best regards :)

Nice and complete house in a quiet area with lovely and sunny garden. The peace seekers can explore the beautiful nature during a walk or MTB trek (by ebike). For entertainment, winterberg is within a 10 minute car ride. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful.

We all liked Andres' apartment. We were there with 8 adults and 2 young children. That was a great fit. The area is beautiful, but even in bad weather you can enjoy playing pool or using the sauna. Communication with André was great and he is very accommodating We would book the apartment again

Perfect for groups who want to spend a weekend together in peace. The house is equipped with everything you might need and above all the garden with many seating areas and terraces is impressive. Ossi is a top host who sent all the important information and tips in advance and answered questions immediately and easily.

The accommodation was completely clean upon arrival and the beds neatly made. Almost everything speaks for itself. The city center is within walking distance and if you walk down the driveway you have a view of Winterberg. Olaf was very friendly and offered us a place to store the mountain bikes. All in all, it was great!

Enjoyed a ski weekend with friends. Daan gave us good tips and the house was great. Location super close to Winterberg.

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

Thank you for the hospitality and the quick response in communication. We used the stay for mountain biking and all destinations were quick to reach. The apartment was very clean and everything you need was available. The hosts were very nice and helpful. It may well be that we will come back again!

I have already told Maria personally. Overall, we were very satisfied. Marie herself was always quick to reach. The location was great, the premises spacious, the sauna of course a real highlight. From our subjective point of view, the environment (main street) could be disturbing for noise-sensitive people.

Everything was great! The beds were very cozy and the use of the wellness area was definitely a highlight.

Christiane's space is an apartment on the 2nd floor. There is a beautiful view in a beautiful setting. Christiane is a very nice hostess. Absolutely recommended.

We skied for a weekend in Winterberg and that was about a 20-25 minute drive from the airbnb. Lovely cottage and everything you need is present. Definitely recommended and a place to come back again!

We had a nice stay at Shana's apartment. It is a neat and clean apartment, equipped with every comfort and in a nice central location in Sauerland. In particular, we appreciated the clear instructions and the quick communication with Shana, which made our stay easier.

Great accommodation, host very friendly. Quiet location, no long search for parking, check-in with impeccable video explanation. You come in and feel right at home. Everything is perfectly prepared and the amenities are also great. We will be happy to check in again for our next visit to Brilon

Everything was great: Albert was a great host, and the apartment had everything we wanted: Quiet, great amenities, really cozy beds!!! We were very sad that we had to leave again... but we will be happy to come back!

We came to Winterberg to visit the Dirt Masters. the apartment was clean and everything for the day. There was a need. There was nothing wrong with the location. With in the countryside with lake views...great. The bike park was only about 10 minutes away by car and there are also many other ways to make his free time. The only drawback: The extra bed was really maximum uncomfortable, as it is extremely soft on the outer sides and has a very hard link in the middle, so you can't sleep comfortably on it. Here, if necessary, another solution should be organized. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely like to return.

L.S, We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 children in the spring break of 2025. Winterberg was easily accessible 14 km away. The home was warm, cozy and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. The cinema experience with the big TV was very nice. In the kitchen, everything was available to cook. Also the big fridge and dishwasher increase the comfort. Personally, I (grandpa) loved that stove. Wood, kindling supplies, everything was in stock. And that lovely warmth from the warm natural stone plates: great and fun to use. In addition, we slept wonderfully. The contact with the host Birthe was fine. Messages were already sent before the trip. When we didn't get the WiFi activated, assistance was immediately provided online, just as long until it succeeded. We were also contacted again before our departure. We loved the apartment. We felt right at home. The bedding was cozy and smelled fresh. The box-spring bed is super comfortable, as is the sofa bed in the living room. Towels and toilet paper were sufficiently available. Also coffee, spices, oils etc. in the kitchen. We particularly liked the small garden and the quiet of the area. Shopping is sufficiently available in the town. In a few minutes you are at Lake Edersee. Thanks Licinio for the wonderful stay!

We had a lovely short vacation in Ottlar. The children loved the apartment and the extras for the children. Toniebox, home theater and Lego were loved and also the great new playground across the street was great for our three (1, 3, 6 years). It was awesome that everything else was there for the kids, which you need so that we didn't have to carry so much. And if there was any ambiguity, Sebastian was easily accessible. Thank you for the wonderful time out, which was as relaxed as it can be with 3 small children.

I was in Netphen for business. The communication was very straightforward and fast, the check-in flexible and everything as described and even more :) The location is super quiet and private, very idyllic and beautiful. The mattress is really very soft, there is plenty of space and everything was spotless 👍🏼

As a small group of former Marburgers, the apartment was ideal for exploring the city again on foot after many years. Everything worked out beautifully and fit. We will be happy to come back!
