At studio Tweij & Vitsig you will stay in a part of a very characteristic townhouse. You will have a private entrance that can be reached via 3 steps. Through the hall you walk into the studio. The studio has high walls of 3.40 meters. which is characteristic of this property. In the summer, it stays nice and cool. The studio is finished with high quality materials. From the terrace you can enjoy views over the vast meadows and the canal.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

This mezzanine is part of the residential area of our farm ( dairy farm ) , and is located on a cul-de-sac with stunning views of the surrounding meadows and the unique 5* hilly landscape. The living area of the house is upstairs, located under the roof on the 3rd floor. (living room, kitchen and bathroom with a bath ). This gives you unobstructed views over the meadows and the beautiful Limburg country.

The apartment features a separate living/kitchen,a bedroom with double bed (200x200 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet.

The property is part of a carré farm from the seventeenth century. In 2023 it has been completely renovated in which many authentic elements have been restored.
