This was a wonderful, charming place. So easy to find and check in. It was absolutely clean and tidy. Check in and check out were easy. I was a little nervous at first for street parking in Richmond can be difficult, but it wasn't an issue at any time of the day or evening when we returned to the home. Sitting on the porch enjoying the weather after a day of touring the city was so pleasant. The area is peaceful and quiet. It is perfectly placed for access to all activities in Richmond but quiet and restful in the evening and sleeping, away from the hustle bustle of the city. We will happily stay again when the need arises.

We had a nice and relaxing stay! We were in Richmond for medical treatment for my husband and we spent three weeks at the house. It was very clean, comfortable, and is in a great neighborhood. It is close to several Target and Kroger stores and many other shopping centers. It is also a close and easy drive to VCU. Cadu was always quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this house to stay in for any length of time!!

This home and this neighborhood is old and completely charming. Walking inside through the front door just feels good— everything is tastefully furnished and decorated with just the right touch of modern amenities. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Truly well done and a big thank you to our hosts! Blair was so responsive and helpful. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay here again.

Traveling for work for an entire week can be exhausting, but this place made us feel more comfortable. It’s a great size for 2 people and a pup. The fenced yard and outdoor space were great for a relaxing time after a long day. I’d stay here again.

Amazing home, very spacious for 8 people. I brought my 2 toddlers and 8 month and they were able to run around freely. The rooms were spacious and homey. Loved the decoration and the amenities. :) It was only a 15min drive to the city so it was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Shacorey’s place. It was exactly as described, she was quick to respond to inquiries and instructions were clear. We loved the open floor plan and spent time around the large kitchen island eating, drinking and chatting. Overall a great stay!

We lacked for nothing! And I do mean lacked for nothing at all. This was the BEST stocked and equipped Airbnb home we have ever stayed in! Very comfortable beds and restful night’s sleep had us feeling full of energy for our nephew’s wedding celebration weekend. A quiet location with only 10 minutes driving time into the city. Perfect! Absolutely beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed everything the home offered. Lots of things for the kids to do. My daughter enjoyed the pool very much! The home and property were better in person. Super clean and comfortable beds. I would definitely recommend and will return for sure!

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Absolutely wonderful! The house was beautifully decorated. We used this for my partner’s birthday trip and it exceeded our expectations! We were mindful it is still an active horse ranch so there were ants but we were prepared. Other than that everything was exceptional and the horses were beautiful too!

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

It is an incredible property, pictures and words don’t do it justice. The home, grounds and neighborhood are very well appointed with a wonderful layout. There are multiple outdoor gathering areas, we saw swans daily, the bird and frog songs were enchanting. We walked the neighborhood every day. The pool and landscaping were amazing. The master wing is exceptional. We were there for a family wedding and the “princess” dressing room was very well used. The master bath/ shower room has a steam feature that we enjoyed and the” sparkly” bath and shower were magical for our grandkids ( and the adults.). The art and collections were exotic and everyone, not just the grandchildren were enchanted. We entertained 10-25 guests comfortably each evening. As to previous reviews about cleanliness-it was fine, as per linens, everything was available, clean, folded. PS if you want the St. Regis this property has much more to offer than fluffy robes and slippers. We will be back!

Jordans place was cozy, clean, comfortable. Clean linen beds were amazingly comfortable quiet are nice surroundings. We were here for my daughters graduation and no fault of our host we had to disturb him but he was there in less than 30 minutes to help our sleepy family. Thanks Jordan. The place smelled amazing, well kept and modern everything. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything and not the cheap stuff but quality. Look if i ever need a place here or anyone i know i will highly recommend this beautiful place.

We had a fantastic stay! This condo had great high ceilings, which made the place feel very spacious. There were close spots to quickly park and unload suitcases, and no stairs to climb. There are so many things to do within walking distance, such as great restaurants and visiting the beautiful capitol building area. Parking is included and just around the block in a safe garage, which is such a plus when staying downtown. We definitely would book this space again! Whit is very helpful, friendly and responsive!

Ryan's place was amazing; exactly as described in the pictures. Ryan was very responsible, and honestly, we did not encounter any issues. Overall, I would greatly recommend staying here.

Alex is an amazing host. If my wife or myself had any questions she responded quickly to an email. The location of this AIRBNB is near restaurants and places to shop. It’s very peaceful and pleasant. We had an awesome time staying at the cottage, perfect location near tons of restaurants and shops with a quick drive to Richmond. We booked specifically for the dog friendly aspect and everything was better than described, LARGE fenced in yard with tons of space and outdoor community seating area with tables/chairs to enjoy the sounds of nature right outside. We loved sitting under the porch listening to the birds while our dog roamed the yard getting in all the smells. Cottage has comfy king bed with full fridge, easily controlled AC, microwave and any dishes/utensils that you would need. Owner was SUPER sweet and spoke with us on the way out asking to pet our pup and if she could have treats. We would recommend this cottage to those who have pets and still want to be able to explore the variety of dog friendly places around the Richmond area while also feeling at ease leaving them at the cottage while doing activities without your pet. We would stay here again!
