Our family of five had a quick stay at Josh’s and the home did not disappoint. It was spacious, comfortable, and convenient. The back porch and yard was our favorite space - the fire pit and twinkle lights created a great atmosphere. We would absolutely stay again.

Charming house in a lovely part of Richmond. It was close to parks and downtown. We loved the backyard and were able to host my 87 yr old father in law and his wife. They enjoyed sitting in the comfortable outdoor chairs while our dog chased rabbits in the big back yard.

Stayed at the Duck Blind for the weekend, the house was perfect for my husband and I. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The home was great, it was close to where we wanted to be and easy driving to other parts of the city. The house was very clean and lived up to its billing. The place was charming, bed comfortable. Overall, this was a great place for the home away from home.

This beautiful home was exactly what I needed to house my extended family to be close to a graduation venue. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts! They were so helpful in EVERY way, truly going above and beyond. Older homes have character, and upkeep can be a challenge. However, here the interior was spotless, and exceeded my expectations, 10/10. The exterior had a couple spots that could use attention, but was overall very nice. Beds: quality mattresses, linens, and pillows! Even the day bed downstairs was super comfy. Kitchen: clean and well-stocked. All the essentials and some extras were available. Backyard: amazing! We made use of as much as we could, weather permitting. The gazebo is a lovely place to gather. And the pickleball court—OMG—we literally spent hours on it! We also played corn hole and other games. All in all, a fantastic weekend, and this home is at the top of my list for Richmond. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Very nice place. Kept clean and a lot of space for our big group. We had tons of fun and the area is in a great spot with a lot to do. Very close to our planned destinations.

Private space for quiet downtime with the family.

This place was great! The location makes it easy to get to many places in Richmond quickly and it was a perfect location for a family wedding in nearby Maymont. The house is beautiful and the furnishings very comfortable. The pool was a special bonus - lovely and relaxing with incredible plantings. Clearly a lot of time was spent considering what guests might want. I just wish we'd had more time to enjoy it.

Shannon’s place met our expectations. The price for our stay was more than reasonable. It’s such a quiet and calming space. Everything was super clean, and the neighbors were super friendly. Would 100% recommend it!

Edna's condo was a cozy place for us to stay while visiting/supporting new parents as they welcomed another little one. Having two bathrooms was helpful, the kitchen had everything we needed for our meal prep. It's a quiet location and when the weather cooperated we enjoyed walking the trails accessed from the back of the complex. A treasure!

This was a gem of a place in such gorgeous surroundings. It was truly a special experience to have private access to the pool and huge back patio. I appreciate Lesley’s efforts with such a thoughtful and tasteful beach theme throughout this pool house. We enjoyed everything inside and out!

Location full of young professionals. Lots of restaurants. Vibrant nightlife. Enjoyable whether you are 20 something or 70 something. Good host. Detailed instructions and pictures of each step from finding the location to unlocking the apartment door were wonderful

A perfect house to hangout and grill by the pool, and play pool. 😉 We had a blast celebrating our bestfriends bachelor party. The house is spacious and roomy!

This place was really nice! Perfect for what I needed. Had a washer and dryer! The kitchenette was perfect for coffee and making up a light breakfast. In great area with lots of good things to do. The check-in was super easy. Host was super responsive. If your coming to Richmond for either buisness or pleasure, check this spot out. Its a perfect place to come back too after being out all day. Nice and quiet and very clean. In a great part of town thats lowkey. I would most certainly get this place again in the future for when I need a place in Richmond to stay. We rented this house because our daughter had a volleyball tournament at the Henrico Event Center and it was the perfect location. Plenty of room for all of us, beautiful surroundings and very clean. Quiet street and huge fenced in backyard, perfect to sit out back and get some sun.

I stayed here with two friends for my bachelorette. The house was lovely and the location was perfect! The neighborhood is gorgeous, tree-lined, and very walkable. We were near a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops. We fell in love with Richmond! Thanks, Meg!

I had a pleasant stay here. The living room TV is large and great for Xbox or movies. Both bedrooms, and the house in general, was clean and tidy. Surrounding area has great access to stores.

Ryan was a great host! The house was as described, clean, and had everything we needed. He even had snacks ready for the kids! The backyard was perfect for a dog to explore. We felt safe in the neighborhood and close to restaurants.

Leah's place was pretty spectacular all around. We couldn't get over how peaceful it was on the property, given that it's just a few minutes off of the hustle of I-95. We were looking for a quiet stop on our way up north, and the place and property provided us with a serene, safe and magical oasis. Leah was responsive to any inquiries we had (not that we had many!) and the place was perfect. There were enough amenities in the house to make anyone feel at home. The horses and animals were really calming. We would definitely stay there again!

If I could have taken that bed home with me I would have, SO COMFY! The house was so clean and beautiful. I had a wonderful time there and really enjoyed the neighborhood. Lots to do, I was never bored. Nita was a great host too!
