Very good stay. Ground floor villa in private residence. Beautiful garden with pool (shared with upstairs tenants). We open a small door that gives direct access to the beach: it's perfect. Functional accommodation. Each bedroom has a shower and toilet. The shower water was always hot; which is lovely. The caretaker is very responsive and was able to meet our needs. He lives in the basement with his little family. They were discreet. A convenience store is located at the entrance of the residence. I recommend 👍

Had a beautiful few days away with my family. We all had our own space and there were plenty of different places for us to be together as well. Beautiful location. The place has everything you need for a beach stay! Lina and her team were very responsive too. Would stay again!

Everything was exactly as described-clean, comfortable, and tbougjtfully prepared. Sanaa and Sayed the maintenance worker was incredibly responsive and accommodating. It is clear they care about their guest's experience. Will be coming back again.

Our family had a fantastic time at Villa Solina. The villa is large, with many rooms and lots of space for everyone to relax and feel at home. It’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families. The location couldn’t be better close to everything we needed. It’s just a short drive to the center of Tetouan, and also near the coast, Martil, and Cabo Negro. We loved being able to explore both the city and the beach so easily. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend Villa Solina and look forward to coming back!

Khadija is very welcoming, pleasant and above all very flexible. We had an unforgettable stay with the family. The house is really even bigger and more beautiful than in the photos. No electricity or equipment problems. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, 1 min from the sea. Garden maintenance to be scheduled in summer. Otherwise I highly recommend it for families because it is a pure moment of relaxation and sharing. Great stay at Mustapha's house. The house is spacious and has a garden out of sight. Mustapha welcomed us and was always responsive to our requests. Thank you for providing the Baby kit as well as the children's pool.
