The bedroom with a comfortable, large bed, as well as the spacious kitchen-living room with a comfortable sofa bed, can accommodate up to four people. Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Quietly located, newly renovated apartment (non-smoking) with separate entrance area located directly by the forest. The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

Our district is idyllically and quietly located above the Moselle and is a perfect starting point for motorcycle/bicycle/hiking tours/boat trips or simply to relax. The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.
